Stopped in for a late night treat last night (11/19/25) however did not realize I would be treated to two bickering employees more concerned about how much they felt the other was doing less than themselves. Thought to myself how can they screw the pooch on ice cream with caramel in a cup. However, apparently either food costs are too great or perhaps having zero pride in your job and or the product you put out was too much expect. I would suggest putting a full 50 cents worth of ice cream in the 3 dollar cup and or consider a warehouse job where quality and bad customer service are not directly seen but the public.

Quentin, who I understand to be the manager, was exceptional. He assisted with taking orders, serving food, and delivering meals to vehicles with efficiency and professionalism. He truly exemplified a hands-on leader and a “jack of all trades.” His dedication and work ethic made a noticeable difference in the overall experience. I wish every McDonald’s had a manager like Quentin.

Greeted at drive thru with “go ahead” . Order wasn’t repeated or confirmed correct by employee. No total was verbally given. At window asked if a receipt was wanted- of course! I want to make sure i was charged properly and received food i paid for. Horrible service. Food was on par for the establishment- even though that’s not very high in general. Avoid this spot

Went in for lunch today. First thing I noticed was many employees were cleaning the lobby and how clean the lobby and the area where soda machine is were exceptionally clean and stocked. Women’s bathroom was clean also.
The order was for two separate orders both using a coupon from the app. The black female employee at the register did not know how to use the app, kept punching stuff in that was not working. Had to call a manager over(Hispanic female). She fixed the first order up in the register and also took our second order that was using an app coupon as well. I’m not knocking the employee for not knowing how to use the coupons, maybe she was new. What I did not like was she had the attitude of a wet mop. No greeting, no thank you, wasn’t pleasant in any way shape or form. She just had the look & and attitude of she didn’t want to be there and it showed.
Hispanic female manager & Jess(manager) were great. They had the attitude that you want to see when you walk in, inviting, happy, pleasant.

The last few times I’ve gone to a McDonald’s in franklin wi I got a wrong order both times, then went to one in Hales Corners wi and got the wrong drink. Looked on the screen before paying to make sure they put in exactly what I wanted and yes correct then open bag to eat and discover it being wron the last 3rimes. I guess im done with McDonald’s forever

Don’t know about the food. Never was able to get any. They have parking spots for truck drivers, but will not serve a hungry trucker. My money is green but they won’t take it. She actually said if I can drive my semi truck up to the window, she won’t serve me. She then shut the window on me and walked away. McDonald’s, a great American company?……..
We are gone months at a time bringing loads to businesses, and without us, this great country would crumble. But I guess we have to do it hungry as more and more businesses like the McDonald’s refuse to serve us.
Maybe they thought I was a dead beat in my 400k truck and trailer

Every time I go there they can’t seem to get an order right , even a simple cheeseburger they forget the cheese! Night management sucks they dgaf about nothing , I don’t get how hard it is to read a screen and put the items in the bag? Never seen a location this terrible! Not to mention they can’t even take your order right because they don’t listen and are very disrespectful, they charged my card twice thru the app because they “ paid the wrong order out” and just must have pressed pay and didn’t confirm the order with them and rerang my order up and charged me AGAIN!

I watched the guy making food whose hands looks like he just got done working on his car walk food out to another customer while eating fries out of the bag then go running back into the kitchen to prepare more food. Attitude of all the employees sucks as well-avoid at all costs

It was 15 they were pretty busy and it was only like two people there and one person was leaving so it was kind of all on one person to get the food out and take orders and take . So I was trying to give the manager lady the benefit of the doubt when she didn’t say anything to me after I said thank you after she handed me my food. But then I noticed when I looked in the bag that the fries were laying down on their side and there was plenty of room to stand them up while they don’t spill all over the place. I know it’s a small complaints but it’s very irritating to me in the fries are everywhere in the bag. Furthermore the fries were mixed with brand new freeze and you could tell that they were old and new and it was kind of gross. So make sure I do not go there around 2nd shift and 3rd shift starting..
