I think I can give props to this location. Typically my order is often incorrect. I’m posting because the GRINCH MEAL! I love the socks. I would but the CV meal just for the socks lol don’t judge me too heard. The second thing be I looked was how CV fast we received the order, with everything included. But my favorite part of the meal was the grinch salt for the fries! Omgggg, if you haven’t tried it AND you like pickles, run and get a box!

HORRIBLEEEE WONT BE BACK TO THIS MCDONALDS LOCATION! I went there this morning, and every other time when i do a curbside order they always take freaking forever to come out and give me my order … What’s the point of curbside if Im gonna wait more than 10 minutes for my order ? At that point it’s like i should’ve just came in and ordered or went through the drive THRU!!!! I DIDNT EVEN GET MY ORDER THIS MORNING I HAD TO ACTUALY GO IN AFTER WAITING 10 minutes & THE LADY DIDNT APOLOGIZE OR ANYTHING I SAID DO YOUR CURBSIDE WORK? she proceeds to say “ nothing popped up on my screen” WELL FIX IT. ! I don’t have time and mcdonald’s not CHEAP anymore like it used to be so get it together . Place a small order for two (10 pc. Nuggets, 2 hamburgers and 2 fries) at 5:44 inside. Didn’t get it till 6:08. Ten people that ordered after me received their order before I did. Each person had to remind them that they ordered drinks myself included. Not even apologie for the delay. Everytime I have gone there my order is always wrong too.

Let’s be real here – we are not eating and comparing the taste of a burger from a place like 5 guys to a place like McDs. They are not on the same level. This review gets a 5 bc you get what you came for.
I have gone to this location for breakfast, lunch and dinner. My order has always been accurate. Special requests always followed. My food came out hot and fresh. Fries were salty and crispy. Frappe came out unmelted and cold.
This location has an outdoor eating area and as always – ordering on the app has many deals and coupons. The establishment, including the bathroom, are very clean. The parking lot has a good flow to it and there is no garbage.

I often visit this McDonald’s between 2 and 3:30 am. The customer service is horrific. The moment I drive to the speaker, I can immediately tell who is working the window. This young lady has been rude to me on several occasions. She never ask if I am using a code!! She doesn’t say good morning or welcome to McDonald’s!! Matter fact, I had to ask if I could order. She ALWAYS sound exhausted or extremely tired. I made a comment to her on a previous visit about her rude attitude, and she continues to have the same attitude. When she hands me my food, she doesnt say anything. The least she could say is “have a good day or thank you for coming. I believe she has told staff that I have done something to her, which isn’t the truth. I held her accountable for being rude!!! This young lady has long braids in her hair. I am only giving a description to avoid others being blamed for one person’s bad customer service. Everyone else has treated me well. It’s kinda unfortunate!

Absolutely horrible McDonald’s Honestly, last time I get food from them I live two minutes away from this location and it seems every time I go to get food. The fries are always cold and taste soggy, the McChicken taste like it wasn’t fully cooked. They load it with nothing but mayonnaise and if I ask for Mac sauce on my burger, they drowned it in Mac Sauce to the point where I don’t even want to eat it. I do not recommend this McDonald’s BEWARE!!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE

I gotta give them credit. I get it. We all make mistakes and forget something. But when I walked in with a ton of hangry people. They maintained their composure and where very professional. Kudos to all of you and for fixing the problem. To the manager who worked on Saturday morning at 10:30am. Great job in leadership and to your staff for working hard!

Third shift speaker lady has attitude. Not even put effort to look for my mobile order. I had the receipt showing already paid. She said you just have wrong location clearly it says 5040. She was just trying to avoid getting my ordered made

My food at 10:18 AM and I waited till 10:43 AM to get my breakfast sandwich. When I received my sandwich, it was completely wrong. They gave me tartar sauce or breakfast sauce, and I didn’t even Order a fish sandwich I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I got tartar sauce. That restaurant is not being run properly So they need to improve desperately

Everytime someone completed an order for curbside pickup a different staff member either smoked a cigarette or vaped. At approximately 1 p.m. on Halloween it occurred 3 times in 15 minutes. One person smoked a Newport and went in, took food to a patron and didn’t wash their hands. Poor customer service when I received my food: “here you go,” and dropped the tray and walked away. A lot of staff are more interested in talking to one another instead of working. This McDonald’s needs a complete overhaul.
