Always a bit of a wait but I also go 11pm or later so that is expected. My food is always fresh and they are always nice and professional with me. Perfect late night snack run.
The cashier in the drive thru has the most disgusting, dirty, LONG nails I have ever seen. He has worked there for years and it’s always been disgusting. You can even see the dirt under the nail! Front booth was rude, parked me. I politely requested sauce which he quickly responded before my sentence was through, “yeah it will be in the bag. Park in 4” I waited 10 minutes at 12:29 for hot fries and a fish sandwich that was hard and not hot. Couldn’t even bite through it. And STILL forgot the sauce packets. Why the he’ll is service so poor lately?!
Strange. Only one register. I think they want you to use the kiosks. No soap in washroom and when I informed the manager, she said, “Oh, we probably just need a new battery” and walked away, seemingly unconcerned. Employees wandered about like zombies (not cleaning or sweeping). Manager did make sure I got my order promptly, though. I’ve never been there before and won’t go there again.
Went through the drive thru. The order taker was polite and fast. I had a Quarter Pounder W/Cheese and a small fry. It was Hot, Fresh and super fast.
Sick of having to wait in a long line every day. Just to get up to the screen and see they still have no frappes. Blame it that there waiting in a part for machine. It has LITERALLY been ALL summer . I’d say it’s been down 2-3 months . It does NOT take that long to get the part for the machine . Other McDonalds have had there’s go down and be fixed at other locations during this time . Find it hard to believe your location is the only one that “can’t find parts” PLEAse work on fixing this. As the summer is ending and that’s when ppl want it . At least put signs along the drive thru line so ppl don’t have to waste there time for nothing .Please and thank u
Awesome Pretzel Choclatey McFlury! I definitely recommend everyone try it. I personally don’t care for McDonald’s as far as their hot food goes, it seems to always really mess up my stomach. So I don’t go there much at all but I did go try this new McFlury and it was well worth it.
I use to come to this location alot its going so downhill , i got a raw burger the manager gave me a coupon that expired last year?!? They kicked everyone out of the lobby and have one drive through lane open. Poor pathetic service. If you want your food cooked right i wouldnt go to this location
I have never seen so many people on their phones while working. And they took away the lobby soda machine. As if a multi billion dollar company couldn’t afford it….
Try to use the app, pull in, enter my spot. Should be good. This store has an extra sign to call the store when checking in. The number has been busy for at least the last six minutes. Why is using the app not enough?
15 minutes for a curbside pickup. I ordered my son a happy meal and a mcchicken. 15 minutes it took to get my order. But, they didn’t bring it out to me because Paula (the manager) didn’t even realize they had the order. I had to go inside and get it, the opposite of what is supposed to happen.
