Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered food for my family on the app. I arrived on time to pick up order. Decided I would go inside to pick it up, as the drive thru line was very long and slow moving. Once inside I was told my food was still being prepared, so I waited. About ten minutes later I checked on my order again. I was told it had been ready, but then I was told I couldn’t pick up my order inside and had to go to the drive thru. Had they told me that when I went inside originally, I would have been through the line and had my food. The manager, Angel, was very rude and dismissive. I reluctantly left to wait in the drive thru. Nearly 15 minutes later, I got my food. It was cold after sitting so long. The fries were raw, literally. My shakes were melted and underfilled. The policy of this location to not just give me my food when I had been waiting inside so long is ridiculous and caused me to not be able to eat my dinner. The rudeness of the staff and inability to put out a edible product is insane. Whoever the general manager is, I was told her name is Robin, ignored the complaint I sent to corporate and did nothing to recify the situation. It feels like they stole from me as I was not given the product I paid for. It is sad that people care so little about their job and their customers.

“The worst service in the world. They have more than five young employees working, and all they care about is chatting instead of preparing orders. As workers, they act like customers have plenty of time — this is FAST FOOD. I came another day at 5 a.m. to order a coffee, and they rudely told me there was no coffee. How can there be no coffee? And why does it take 20 minutes to make a frappe when the restaurant is empty?”

bunch of children playing and being disrespectful cussing and being extremely immature. there were about 8 people outside the door waiting on their online orders and doordash pick ups for more than 20 minutes while they made moaning noises made jokes about people standing there but all together if i could rate zero stars i could. should hire better and mature people not a bunch of kids

I ordered a Big Mac with Xtra meat pickles and sauce. They didn’t make it as I requested. Asked for it to be made fresh the lady told the cook to just add meat pickles and sauce to it. The sandwich was sloppy and awful no onions on it. I use to like the location. Now I’m rethinking it

I can’t believe the lack of empathy of the employees of this McDonald’s. There were two employees humiliating a homeless lady. They had her pick up the garbage and throw it away again while they were recording it. I asked them if the restaurant was open and with a very ugly attitude they told me it was closed. but I understood drive thru is 24 hours. And it was 9pm when all of this happened.

They can’t seem to get it right. This really upsets me because I asked for my muffins to be toasted not burnt. This isn’t the first time. Once I ordered sausage egg mcgriddle and they burnt those. So I said ok lemme just order the muffins and they burnt these too. Geesh! Maybe I should just stop trying. I did report this to a supervisor. Took these pics because they think us customers be lying or over exaggerating.
