I went to doordash at this mcdonald’s, but the staff extremely uncooperative. Even though they know doordash is time-sensitive. I understand that they are busy but not only was I waiting 20 min in the drive thru, but the customer was waiting 30+ min. I called them and they refused to bring it out to a pick up spot and the lobby was closed. They said there is a rule where they can’t leave the building after 9pm. But right after I called them employees were going outside to dump trash and shake rugs. That also isn’t a rule at any other McDonald’s. It was extremely unprofessional, I lost money, and the customer ended up canceling their order.

We came in at a busy time during dinner, and Julian was amazing with their customer service and went beyond what I expected and brought our food to the table. I noticed while eating that this was a consistent feature of the atmosphere, along with calling out to-go orders that were ready.

Food is good but the service is terrible. Takes forever to order and they always have one side of the drive thru closed and the lines to the street. McDonald’s considers themselves “fast food” but my service is slow every time I go there. Every time we go they forget something or give me the wrong order. They don’t do their due diligence by checking the order and making sure that everything is there. McDonald’s has gone downhill since I was little. None of these workers nowadays knows much of anything about customer service, it’s not all, don’t get me wrong but for the most part this McDonald’s has a very bad rep. Managers need to do their job of making sure that things are running smoothly. Yesterday I came for some cookies and and a couple of shakes and a triple cheeseburger and the woman couldn’t even get the order right even after I repeated it to her. I also left without getting my cookies either. I don’t know how someone forgets 13 cookies unless they’re high. Where’s the extensive training at nowadays????

If I could give negative stars that would be the case with this one. The drive threw is continuously packed, no matter what time of day you come. It’s called fast food for a reason there is no reason that we should be sitting in a drive threw line for 45 to a hour to even place an order. Get it together I don’t know if it’s the staff or what is going on but they are slower then ever. Line is wrapped around the building at 4am.?

I ordered online, the inside was closed when I got there for NO REASON people seated in the lobby drive thru not busy, place my order in hopes that someone would bring it out because I don’t have a vehicle they took 14.60 off of my account that I have yet to be refunded for because the customer service line is sending them a refund request that they don’t give a damn about! Then they charged me 19 almost $20 on that same payment and brung it back down please run me my money before I come up there and snap because they don’t answer the phone!! I’d give it 0 stars if I could! Unprofessional lazy environment. They don’t care about the people

Poor leadership, managers will tell you to get out of their store if you want to speak with them. Some of the kids working there have better work ethic than the managers. If you go in the store all you hear is contant swearing, even from managers.

The food is cooked well and the people working there are fine, but it is SO slow here! It shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a standard order, especially when I ordered ahead on the app! Yesterday was the first time I left without receiving my food because I had a meeting to get to, but this is a normal occurrence. Even if this location is on your way, it is literally faster to go out of your way to the HWY 100 and Greenfield location than to wait here.

If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD. HOWEVER it gets one. Staff is slow, rude and the apathy that drive thru moves would be hilarious if not so tragic. They had lobby CLosed all day. Why???? Lady who appeared to be the manager was dropping F Bombs at everyone (employees) and blaming them for all the problems. Then other employees were swearing loudly back and forth. It was very awkward as we waited for our food and listened to her berate everyone. Our order still got messed up, but we did not want to wait anymore. I can’t believe anyone would want to work with such a person. Maybe this location should rethink their hiring practices.
