I waited 45 min. for a cup of sweet tea , on a very warm day . You expect a nice cold drink in hot weather. The next one I had was tea flavored water.. Very disappointed. After the 45min. wait, one very kind young man brought me 2 teas. They were very good .

I’m a weekend guy. Pulled up Saturday night after placing app order. Pulled up they told me fire broke out and they were closed. Piss poor management. Food sloppy, not to mention haven’t received my points for messed up orders from the past. I use to love coming to this McDonald’s but it gone done past couple of years lucky I don’t use for false advertisement miller park says 24 hours but they make up their hours.

This McDonald’s get a 1st place trophy for the worst McDonald’s around. ALL the staff are super rude. If picking up a order and ask how long the wait will be I’ve been told that “now it will take longer since you asked”. Whoever the managers are they really need a class in how to run a place. You can go to sit down restaurants, eat and be on your way much faster then you could even get a order from McDonald’s. This location this place should be a gold mine if run properly. How the owners allow their staff to run it like this is simply amazing. The days of being in and out super quick are long gone. Workers used to care about their job but now a days these workers are horrible and simply don’t care about customer service.
