Late night drive thru and ordered the bacon double quarter pounder with cheese meal 86 the pickles and I received 2 patties, cheese and a bottom bun. No top bun no bacon. Safe to say instead of just checking the bag I now have to open everything and check everything

usually this location is great when i go there, went for dinner today ordered a large fry and received less than a medium fry… i mean looking straight on at the fry container you couldn’t see a single fry and that’s straight out the bag.

The young guy that works here. He’s a manager, comes up with a cashier, gets his food. Doesn’t say I’ll get help for the guest. Rude to my boyfriend and then get kicked out says, how after my son gets sick and they can’t get the order right. I’m at any point’s fingers in the face. He shall be fired. I would all you do to ask him. More employees walking around talking than working, on a normal evening this ladies in the back are heard bickering in the back & talking about talking who isn’t there & who calls in on a regular base. I hate going to this location, but this is the most convenient location @ this time. Waited 25 minutes for a Snap-Wrap combo, & nobody was there when I walked in. Someone was even sleeping in the dirty lobby. This location @ 83rd in National is terrible!!!!!

This place has tanked recently. It was bad in 2020, improved in 2023, and now is back to dreadful. Twice this week I have ordered here — the only car in line. Twice they have gotten the order wrong because the person taking the order has been goofing off instead of doing their job. You can hear it through the speaker and at the window. I ordered “a large number 1, with a Coke” (SEVEN WORDS!) and received a medium. Days later, I ordered “a big breakfast meal with hotcakes” (SIX WORDS). I get home: no hotcakes. In both cases, there was no one else at the drive-thru (I understand why!), my order was not confirmed on the screen or at the window, and I was not given a receipt.
If you can’t hire people with the competence to process a handful of simple words, then you may want to shut down shop.

Slow service, okay food, good value.
There was alcohol in. The restroom garbage can. I have been to other locations that were more friendly and cleaner.

Terrible experience. I’m in the hospital & place a mobile order for my wife to pickup and bring to me. They tell her they won’t give her the food, even with the receipt and order number, because she’s not using the same device I ordered it from.
Tried the curbside pickup spot, then the app tells her to go through drive thru and they will help. They refuse. She goes inside, has to get me on the phone to explain how I paid nearly $50 for my food and they need to give it to my wife.
Employees kept I insisting that I need to change the order in the app from curbside to counter, even though the app won’t allow this and tells me I can go inside for help.
My wife is already a wreck with me in the hospital waiting for a transplant, now picking me up food turned into a 45min ordeal resulting in cold food and her in tears.

So many 1 stars, now i see why. 30 mins to get two 6 piece chicken nugget happy meals with ranch, 2 McChicken, Mcflurry, large fries… Heres the problem
1st Kids meal, no fruit, no chocolate milk
2nd Kids meal, no 6 piece chicken nuggets, no toy..

and yes, tables were dirty, oily…

After working all night and not feeling like cooking because I then had to go take care of my daughter that just got surgery yesterday, I ordered breakfast for her and I via the online app. The steak was hard and dry. The biscuit was so hard you could chip a tooth, the pancakes rubbery..They sent no utensils, jelly etc.This location gets worse and worse and worse. Not worth the money nor the time spent in the line. Jessica at the window was lovely though.

This MacDonald is taking peoples codes from the McDonald’s app that we give them, ask us what the code is for. Then they promo its and give it to you for free. And the reason they are doing it to take the monopoly. And then tell me that a monopoly peaces don’t come on a Medium fry, which on the app it does come on a medium fry. I’ve always gotten them on medium fries. So I loose out on my digital monopoly piece every time
