I was going to do a survey but I couldn’t because for some reason looks like they did something to the printer to have the printer cut off the survey receipt codes to do the survey. Food was actually hot and good but couldn’t do the survey online for that purpose. Maybe a tape or something preventing it from printing out the receipt correctly since it starts at the top straight to the bottom.

Everything is good they just understaffed. They got five people doing the job of 8+. For example, the cashier helps organize/fill orders in between taking orders. Despite this, they do their job as good as they can.

went inside restaurant and ordered chicken sandwich and hamburger to go ,the staff made me wait 1/2 hour for my food ,they prepared all uber eats or grub hub meals first , serviced all drive thru customers , when I finally asked where the food I ordered was and the amount of time I’ve waited ,staff told me I didn’t have to come to this restaurant, that’s right I don’t have to go to McDonalds , thanks for the tip
Apparently McDonalds has
lost its focus on customer service and if this is how you train your workers to treat the customers good luck in the future .

The lady taking orders is super rude. She never lets me add things to my food order and says that this is a privately run McDonald’s so they can make their own decisions. She never gives me the discounts from the food App either when it malfunctions. Ironically, it only breaks down whenever I come to this location.

Extremely slow staff. They don’t utilize the delivery window when the lobby is closed so if you’re a driver for a food delivery service and it’s after 9pm, it’s over. Disappointing at best

I enjoy McDonald’s breakfast but I will make sure to never patron here. If it’s that big of a problem to let your willing customers use the restroom. We never come back.

I ran in, fully intending on buying lunch, but needed to wash my hands first and an employee ran into the bathroom after me and YELLED AT ME. She did not ask for an explanation or explain that restrooms were for customers only, she ran in after me as if I were abducting her child and treated me like I was a criminal. I tried explaining that I had just touched garbage and needed to wash my hands and she just kept repeating that I needed to “place an order first” so I kept repeating that I had just touched garbage and there was no way I was going to wait in line whilst germs overtook my extremities…. AND IF THAT WASN’T BAD ENOUGH, she did NOT apologize for that when she took my order.

I preface this by saying:
1. I ordered via the app
2. It was icy and snowing
3. I live 3 blocks from the this restaurant.
Now.. I ordered a special: buy one breakfast sandwich, get one for 50 cents.
I ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffins. I paid and walked to the store. I go to the door and ring the bell. CoVid precautions prohibited in store entry. A young man answered and asked what I wanted and I explained. He looked perplexed when I stated that I walked. He went to get the manager.
Apparently, a client walking to get food is an anomaly.
The manager asked what I ordered and pleasantly handed me my food.
After my night, their kindness is worth the walk. The app is simple and you find some pretty awesome deals. Give it a try.
