Service was so slow and the food was cold. Never have they gotten my order correct. It’s not worth the time you have to wait. My son never got his toy in his happy meal and was screamed at when we went up and asked. People are always fighting in the kitchen area and it’s frightening. My son did not feel safe. The bathrooms were dirty as well.

I went to this McDonald’s pacifically just to try something new. I will never go to this McDonald’s EVER again in my life. The food is disgusting and greasy, the fry’s are cold and soggy. The drinks have things floating in it. This is the most disgusting McDonald’s with very rude customer service. The manager Eric is just pure rude which is unacceptable behavior. Eric always seems to have a problem or attitude with all of the customers as I have witnessed this first hand. He speaks as you are bothering him. He’s just unexplainable rude and that’s why i would NEVER come to this McDonald’s EVER again.

This drive thru has to be the slowest around. Multiple times in the past few months I’ve left and seen others leave the drive thru line while waiting multiple minutes just to speak to someone when they’re at the ordering drive thru menu. Horrible service!

I’ll start off by saying this McDonald’s has potential. State of the art everything you would want for your quick stop of indulging and delicious food that is terrible for you. This McDonald’s is incredibly dirty. Every window is smudged. The bathroom is disgusting and the drink station is almost as bad as the other McDonald’s I was at. The play place is so gross I would not allow my children inside that play place without the accompaniment of biohazard suits. I will stop back and give this McDonald’s another shot at some point and amend my review if the items are better.
