I am seriously so done with this place. I place an online order for breakfast food to go pick it up and then I get here and the order was canceled… I go in and a worker tells me that because I wasn’t there by 10:30am onthe dot to get the food or in the facility at 10:30am they cancel the order because it is breakfast food…seriously MCDONALD’S I think you really need to re-evaluate your way of the online ordering or change your time, but hey i am only one person, so it will never happen. There is a reason I placed the online order, so I can go pick it up myself. Thanks for nothing but horrible customer service and online services.

Crazy this place is in such a nice area. The inside was easily the grossest I’ve ever seen in a McDonald’s. I felt guilty letting my kids touch the play area. It was hard finding a table in good enough condition that I could scrape off the hardened ketchup well enough to eat. And the kiosk to order was out of receipt paper, I’m guessing it’s easier to just not let reviews get to corporate.

We rarely go to this location and often experience issues when we do. Once they forgot to put the chicken nuggets in the happy meals and another time we were waiting 20 min before anyone even said anything on the drive through. Hot mess express.

I ordered inside. My son wanted to dine in. All the tables were dirty. I did ask the worker in front at the register if she could please clean off the tables. Because they were all dirty. ( They must just got done with a rush) We just ate at home. The front person never cleaned off the tables not even one.

This the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been in. Service was a joke, and the food looked like a 2 year old made it. Mayo dripping off the side of my mcChicken and all the pickle slices stacked on top of each other. I actually had to flag someone down to take my order. And we had to brush leftover food off of our table. This was at 10:30 in the morning. No one else inside but my friend and I. And the food on a acale of 1-10, I would give a1. NEVER AGAIN will I waste my time and money at this disgusting sad excuse for a restraunt.

This location is one of the dirtiest mcd I’ve ever seen. Worse than any mke location. Literally trash and food on every table. Teenage employees are just sitting around and talking. I’ve been here for over 45 mins and still nothing has been cleaned. No responsibility nor accountability. Arguing/horsing around in front of customers. Poor management/leadership. I’ll start off by saying this McDonald’s has potential. State of the art everything you would want for your quick stop of indulging and delicious food that is terrible for you. This McDonald’s is incredibly dirty. Every window is smudged. The bathroom is disgusting and the drink station is almost as bad as the other McDonald’s I was at. The play place is so gross I would not allow my children inside that play place without the accompaniment of biohazard suits. I will stop back and give this McDonald’s another shot at some point and amend my review if the items are better.

This place is disgusting, dirty tables, staff sitting without serving customers, cold food because they don’t bring it to the table, DISGUSTING bathrooms and the lazy staff with no intention of serving anyone. I ordered ice cream and they were melted on the counter. They should consider the customer!
