First I scanned my QR code for a free sausage biscuit with 1500 points on the rewards system. Then ordered 2 additional sausage biscuits. My order was up and there had only been 2 in my bag. I asked the lady at the register where the 3rd one was and she stood there like a deer in the headlights. She went and got a English speak associate in which she told me that that I should reach out to the app customer service. I didn’t receive any reward point

Drive thru visit on 9/8/25 at approximately 4:05pm. Got a big mac with no lettuce meal. Bread was stale. There was only one slice of cheese on the sandwich. Fries tasted hours old. Young guy at the pick up window had a scowl on his face and was not friendly at all. Completely terrible representation of how friendly staff are supposed to be. Tried calling and no one answered. Doesn’t even have a voicemail activated

First, the order was entered incorrectly by whomever was on the speaker. Then their error was brought to their attention
for correction and messed up again. The guy at the window didn’t speak until he stated the incorrect total. Once it was brought to their attention yet again, he called the manager when he couldn’t figure out how to fix the issue, then handed us the food.

You can now Scan the code on the table tent with your phone to access the whole menu. It was very Good Service. Preston was our server and He was on top of everything. The other staff was also very helpful . I had my 17 year old and 7 year old daughter with me and they were all happy with what they ordered.
