I ordered a large sweet tea. It was not good. It tasted like they used syrup instead of sugar. Is that normal now? Has McDonald’s stopped making sweet tea with tea and sugar and hot water? I poured it out and got water. Employees were very nice and restaurant very clean.

Honestly I dont understand
Placed a mobile order its the best way to ensure that the food you order will be correct.
Pulled into the drive through at 11:43 pm and there was one other car at the next lane and I was in the outside lane at the ordering screen. I was not acknowledge until 11:59… the car next to me waited even longer as he was here prior to me.
Pulled up to the window to pick up my order and i was sitting there at the pickup window for about 10 min before someone ever came to the window. No explanation as to what’s going on, not even a hello, how are you, no response to general friendly hey how are you….
It then took an additional 23 min to get my mobile order they was two cheese burgers a mcchicken fries and a drink.
So finally I pull out and get back to my hotel…and we’ll I got regular coke but I ordered diet.
I asked for two cheese burgers and I got one but got an extra mcchicken. Asked for pickles on the burger but they were still there….fries were cold as ice

We walked in to order food. We stood at the counter and the people working there looked right at us several times. They had no problem talking to each other at all, but definitely not to customers willing to pay. The time was 7:38 pm on 12-23-25. We are now at Burger King across the street where we got service right away.

waited 30 minutes for a big mac, 2 cheeseburgers, large fry, coffee and chocolate shake. place is a mess. multiple people complaining their order wasn’t right or they didn’t receive it. kitchen obviously has absolutely no idea what they’re doing. when food came out it wasn’t even warm and the chocolate shake wasn’t even chocolatey. didn’t bother complaining because i didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes for my food

Overall – service was very poor. Slow, and snappy with a side of extra attitude. Ordered through drive thru and was passed over. Minutes ahead of time ahead of the other patrons. The two lanes model I. Slow hours doesn’t quite work. I got a snappy cashier and cold fries. I’m not even going to attempt to contest my fries with the staff right now. It’s just past 9:30 and I worked 14 hrs. Headed to another fast food franchise down the street. Good luck After seeing this location’s storied review history, unsurprising.

I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for quite a bit now. I’ve noticed that there seems to always be some sort of issue there with customers orders or how long does it take? I had an experience today where I guess she was new. Some younger cashier messed up my order a little bit, but the manager Amanda Torres was phenomenal fixing. It was very professional on how she dealt with the whole problem and every time I see her there she’s probably the only bright spot in that place cause she does everything that she can and make it run efficiently and help customers so I just want to say kudos to her and thank you for the help.

I tried going through the drive-thru, which has two lanes. I sat at the order window and waited while three cars were serviced in the other lane. I decided to just park my car and go in at that point.
Why have two drive-thru lanes open if you’re only going to take orders on one of them?
I placed my order at the kiosk inside, and the kiosk was out of printer paper. As were the other kiosks in the lobby, as I saw other people order from different kiosks and not get a receipt.

Decided to stop in at McDonald’s on my way home from work. Basically no one was in the drive thru ahead of me. After paying and receiving my drink I was asked to pull ahead to wait for my food, which I had no issues with. Received my food after a little over five minutes and drove home. Upon getting home I opened my burger box to find my quarter pounder completely raw! Completely inedible food and had to be thrown away! I couldn’t go back as this location was on my way home from work and would take over 10 minutes to head back, and of course this is the one time I decline getting a receipt. There is absolutely no reason they should be serving undercooked food! Completely unsafe!

This morning I stopped around 4:30am to get breakfast on the way to work. Got a Diet Coke with my meal. The food was hot which was nice. But with getting into my car after work which now it’s light out I looked down to the drink cup and saw something in the cup with shouldn’t be there. How does paper of some kind get into the cup like that. And it’s not straw paper either. Super grossed out. Will make me think again about stopping

They managed to give me a cold double cheeseburger. I’m not sure how that is possible because I’m talking cold cold from the drive thru. Want to experience something your senses aren’t prepared for, cold cheeseburger. It seems to always be like highschool girls working so I’m not mean or anything. Maybe I’ll stick to ice cream at this location.
