I ordered a large fry and a large sweet tea with no ice….the sweet tea came with coffee grounds all over the lid and suuuuper watered down and I may as well have just ordered a small fry. Why would i waste my money here again?? Did someone eat half of my fries before I got them at the counter???

We’ll have it another chance on 11/23/25z this time worse than the last visit. The oatmeal’s were not cooked and created a mess, two bagel meals became 1 and a hit cakes meal. Place needs new management and new crew. Weekends are horrible. Weekdays are anyone’s guess. Just has gone downhill over the years. For the exorbitant prices you shouldn’t have to wait long periods for wrong orders . At least they have the tickets on order in bag, but following is another matter. I live near, but will decidedly go elsewhere.
Still can’t seem to be getting orders right. Yesterday 11/14/25 I get a soda that was mostly water. Window staff knew when giving it to me. When stated there seemed to be a problem acted like or did not know the language enough to understand. So said go park, and nada so I left. This am for order I’m asked to park because the hash browns are behinds brought bag guy checks it get home and what’s not in the order, but the hash browns. Wasted time here again. Not all bad, just very inconsistent and poorly run.

If I could give this a negative rating I would.. Terrible customer service! You’re better off driving down the street to culvers for better service!
I ordered through the drive through, the employee at the window told me to park at spot 4 for my order (mind you thats for curbside pickup). About 10 cars got assisted while I sat waiting for 20 minutes until I finally decided to go in. I told them I had been waiting at spot 4 and it turned out they were never making my order when asked. They forgot they sent me to spot 4 and asked if I ordered mobile curbside smh no I went through the drive through. I didn’t get a receipt because I didn’t think I would need it. The employee asked me what did I order, so when explaining to her my order she would would walk away mid sentence. She did it 3 times before I asked her if she would let me finish explaining my order before she walks away again. Everyone seemed confused and didnt know what to do so I asked for a refund. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION

Terrible customer service. I ordered dinner through the drive through after work 16 hours straight without eating anything more than a few granola bars and light snacks. I paid for a big mac meal and the young man (mid 20s) at the drive thru window barely spoke any English. I did not receive my medium fry after paying for them. I had to circle back around to ask for the fries because the person behind me was impatient. The “manager” claimed that I didn’t pay for a fry and refuse to provide a receipt after I asked for it. How is he a manager if he can’t speak English? Why is he so rude and refuses to provide a simple receipt? Why is he demanding someone to pay for something they already paid for?

Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The employees are extremely rude and mean, which I could partially understand if they were teenagers but no, full grown adults working there are super disrespectful, it’s disgusting how the employees act towards customers. They always and I mean always forget your sauces and when you ask for the sauces you paid for they tell you to pay for it again, which makes no since because the receipt shows you paid for them. They also constantly screw up your order and the only good thing about this dump of a restaurant is sometimes the fries are hot. It’s so frustrating to go to this McDonald’s location to the point I’d rather starve than eat there.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this McDonald’s. I accidentally dropped my order in my car and went back to reorder and pay again, even though it was my fault. While I was politely explaining the situation, the staff were rude, laughed, and seemed to make fun of me — possibly because of my accent. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. No customer deserves to be disrespected like that. I hope McDonald’s takes this seriously and provides proper training so customers are treated with basic respect and kindness, regardless of their background.

This mcdoanlds has got to be the worst ran establishment in Wisconsin. The language barrier makes it nearly impossible to order. The management is horrible, employees are clueless. They can’t “cook” can’t hand me the correct soda. They would be better off having AI RUN THIS JOINT. Never apologize for messing up your order of waiting 15 minutes in line. there is truly not one good thing I can say about this so called restaurant. DO NOT visit this location unless you have hours of free time to go back and fourth about a simple order.

The worst McDonald’s in Wisconsin. Food was terrible like it sat around for a bit and than reheated. Steak McMuffin. The service is crap. We ordered mobile waited 30min. Vehicle next to us came later waited 20min got food no drinks. Than waited for drinks to come out and than not get all the drinks. They had to wait again for all the drinks. Highly recommend not going to McDonald but if you do don’t go to muskego. Take the little extra drive to New Berlin or the one on national and 164. Better service.

ordered the Grinch meal, Said it was in stock got it. There was no socks and no grinch salt in the box. told the worker and he said that they didn’t have any. without saying it was out of stock, they let us order it. it was very un cleanly poop all over the bathroom, stall and toilet A soda in the bathroom sink, and garbage basically spilling out. service was horrible. laughing at us. we will not be returning

Food is McDonalds food, the service is slow, the drive through pay window people are very cold and don’t say a word. Picking up your food again- just hand you the food or more often just tell you to pull up and wait. Never a greeting or a goodbye or have a good day.
