Last Sunday I ordered 3 big breakfasts for my kids. When getting home we only had 2. I called & explained this & was told I could come back in later that day to get a refund & the manager I spoke to took down my name. I went later that night, explained the situation & was told my name wasn’t written down. I showed the manager my call log, showing I was on the phone with them earlier. He showed me the book & said “sorry. They don’t write you name down. I can’t do anything”. Whatever I took it as a loss, it was only $7. Today I go & order 3 shamrock shakes for the kids. $4 a piece & they’re filled halfway. Does the cost of products come out of yall paychecks or what? This is the only McDonald’s I’ve been to that’s this stingy & refuses to correct their mistakes. Also the highest priced one in Kenosha so you’d think they wouldn’t be….

For me its been very good with service, my only complaint would be getting watered down orange juice! I work in the food business so quality checks are a must! Rather than just eye balling it thinking it looks good. Every morning before opening pour a cup and drink it to test for consistency if it taste like water then fix the issue until its right! Its the quality of inconsistencies that hurt your business and if your management and employees dont care enough then replacement is a must.

Fast service, hot food and the fries were great. They bring the food to your table. There’s actually two dining rooms – one by the counter and another, larger one, around the corner.
Why four stars? They have everything behind the counter and the drink station is shut down, so no refills. If you need more napkins, etc. you have to ask for them.

The worst french fries and the chicken nugget I have ever had in my lifetime super soggy no fresh. Just wasting my eight dollar. Didn’t even give me a sauce? So do I supposed to eat this with a super dry everting?

This place really has bad quality foods! This is literally the worst I have ever gotten from a McDonald’s! Do they have robots working the meal preparation or something? How the heck did this happen to my Big Mac? No top bun or upside down? It’s like they don’t have humans working the meal preparation ♀️This is unacceptable!! What a lousy dirty McDonald’s. My orange juice was watered down. It literally looked like it had been sitting there with ice in it and the ice melted. My girlfriend ordered a coffee and she asked for sugar, and there was no sugar in it at all. The place was empty and yet so dirty and no one could come out here and clean the tables or the floor. Food was definitely not good and for the price we paid was ridiculous. I’ve been to way better than McDonald’s than this. I went back to change my drink and wasn’t acknowledged until I had to walk behind the counter. Everyone puts their head down so they don’t have to deal with customers. She asked for them remake her coffee which took more than 5minutes wth! Won’t be back!

On a scale from good mcdonalds to bad mcdonalds, this is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️. No complaints about the food, it’s typical. There is no soda fountain, they disabled it. No ketchup and napkins available either. The inside itself is crammed and old, but cleanliless is not an issue. The service is bad, I awkwardly stood at the counter and got ignored for several minutes, which is especially bad since you have to ask the employee for anything ranging from napkins, salt, ketchup, refills, etc.

I stopped in just to grab a sweet tea. It took over ten minutes before anyone came to take my order. Then it took another ten minutes to receive my tea. It was filled and sitting behind the counter by the drive thru for at least five minutes. I nearly went behind the counter to get my tea and leave. Didn’t even give me sweet tea. It was unsweetened AND took twenty minutes to order and get out of McDonald’s! Absolutely ridiculous!!

EXTREMELY RUDE and disgusting why would I give my food back to you through the drive-through? not tryna get free food just my correct order. The morning crew is horrible make you repeat your order back gives you attitude will ruin your morning has happened too me quite a few times theres bin ok times but if it wasnt close to my job i wouldnt go p.s. dont come here if your diabetic like i am I told them specifically no sugar splenda on my large coffee i order wt sugar free vanilla and splenda and they loaded my coffee wt sugar my sugar levels i can tell cause of my blurred vision , my headaches ,and blurred thoughts , I couldnt proccess anything for the rest of my time at work its a very dangerous place to go as A diabetic no joke im not kidding i work forklift driving and thats dangerous i would love to speak wt a ceo or a state manager please to change this cause you guys are trying to kill people
