I usually don’t leave reviews, but my recent experience at this McDonald’s was frustrating enough to speak up. I went through the drive-thru around 3:00 AM on Thursday, and the woman working the window was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Even though I had already placed my order, when I got to the window she asked in an annoyed tone, “Are you DoorDash or picking up a mobile order?” as if she had no idea what was going on. There was no greeting, no courtesy — just a consistently unpleasant attitude. This isn’t the first time I’ve encountered her either; she often has the same unfriendly, dismissive tone.

Late-night service should still be respectful and professional, and unfortunately, this location has some serious work to do in that area.

The workers want to argue with my daughter and again working in the service industry like retail and hospitality you don’t debate with your customers and management needs to order the supplies better and all because it’s part of running a business and then refund doesn’t happen as they mentioned no foam for the drink but have to get out for my daughters money being disabled in the fridged weather now. It’s called customer satisfaction as only good thing they refunded our money for drink due to the error on them not having everything for the product.

I come to drive thru for the past 2 days and im getting attitudes from employees and management on 2nd and 3rd shift this isn’t how you run a business!!!! It’s sad that people now a days are so rude im very disappointed i just got out of the emergency room and was hungry so wanted some breakfast but I’ll be taking my business across the street to Wendy’s

Just got the new Arch burger, however, I’m not sure what the sauce tastes like because there was barely anything there. The presentation was messy as usual. Food had no taste. Total waste of time and money. Idk how you can screw something so simple up smh. Food is always messy here never really any good.

Not really much of a review writer but most recent visit was a big disappointment. I know it’s McDonald’s and I’m not expecting some 5 star quality experience, but even for fast food standards this place really fell off. Came on a Tuesday at 11:20, waited 15 min for a mcchicken and a coffee. Only other guy in there was a doordasher returning an order that was messed up. I guess they were having an off day.

Got my food, asked for bbq sauce, to which I was told to get into line for payment. I know the dude that works the machine isn’t making the decisions to cause customer the requirement to pay 40¢ or whatever for sauce, but it’s just bs. It’s just the annoyance. Delayed me even further paying basically nothing for basically nothing. Hopefully my experience is a rare one, because this place use to be quite good for McDonald’s

I decided to stop by after 3am before I head into work. It took them 5 minutes just to take my order when no one was in the drive thru, and I was never told to pull up to another window. So I waited at the first window for 15 minutes with no employee gesturing to me to move up when I saw them. Didn’t get my food but at least I didn’t pay

Every time I come to this McDonald’s it never fails. They always mess up my order. or they always forget something I will place an order for a pick up and we’ll wait for my curbside for about 40 minutes then I will have to go inside and wait an additional 10 to 15 minutes, just to get attention from the workers and they always have attitude. They throw your food in the bag. They don’t even completely wrap your food up to the point where sometimes when you go to grab your food, it just falls out of the wrapper. You have to constantly check your order before you leave to make sure that you got everything because they always and I mean always forget something with your order. Please please PLEASE GO TO A DIFFERENT MCDONALDS DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE

They have never gotten my order wrong, but the service here is really hit or miss. Sometime they are really on top of things, and other times I have to completely repeat my order when I get to the pickup window, and then wait another 10 minutes.

Ordered through the app around 3:45 AM on Oct 25, Gave my pickup code and was told to pull to the window. I waited about 20 minutes. No one checked on me. When someone finally spoke, they said the system was down and it should not have charged me. No apology and no offer to make the food. The app shows picked up and my card was charged. I left with no food. Management needs to fix late night communication and refund issues. I have the receipt email and will update if resolved.

They make sure to charge you for extra sauce then don’t noticed till you get home and then they don’t answer the phone. Definitely won’t be going back to this location. Very simple order 2 sandwiches 2 sauces. Piss poor.
