I will say this about this location they are incredibly consistent and run at about a 90% rate of messing up orders. I wish there was another fast food place relatively close.

Well once again perfect score of screwing up another order. They could not find the order I placed via the app when I when I pulled up to the drive through. After providing it multiple times they said the code had already been used so I asked to speak to the manager. After waiting for 5 minutes with no response I went in to speak to them in person. There were a group of kids, hanging out with the employees, some of them playing with the register. It turns out that one of them identified himself as a manager. He founf my order and finally gave it to me.

When I got home I found a that the “cheeseburger with no pickles” had pickles, no onions, no mustard, the chicken sandwich with bacon had no bacon.

Maybe McDonalds should put surveillance cameras in the store to keep track of the employees and their incompetent actions and lack of work ethics.

I come here usually 1x per week for the last 6 months +. When I get to the drive through they are pretty slow to take orders. I usually have to wait to order (when no cars are in front of me) or get their attention. They always sound annoyed or short when taking orders. I understand they’re probably high schoolers from what it looks like working there but management needs to run this McDonald’s location better and have better quality training in customer service. The food is the only thing I won’t complain about. It’s usually hot and good.

I mean this in the most respectful way, but for the love of christ take people with language barriers off the drive thru!! I understand people have to make money, but that doesn’t mean it needs to be difficult for everyone involved. Orders are wrong, or something is missing almost everytime I go because they can’t understand me, and I know it can’t be not stressful for the people taking the order.

Every time I’ve ordered breakfast here in the last 3 months I always get extra breakfast sauce on my bagel. Which is $0.75 extra I pay. EVERYTIME THERE IS NO EXTRA SAUCE. So frustrating that I’m paying for it and not receiving it consistently.

Service going downhill fast. Saturday night placed an app order.. waited 10 minutes to show up and pick up food, only to be told there will be another 10 minute wait because they haven’t started it yet.
Cool. So I order a sods as well, which they still charge me for even with the inconvenience, only to tell me after waiting and paying they had no straws.
Truly this place is run by clowns. Go up to waukesha or muskego this night crew as no more cares to give..

This McDonalds used to be my go to place for quick food. Recently the service has regressed so far that its not even convenient anymore. I had to repeat my order 3 times to the employee who had difficulty understanding and speaking english. Why put someone with a language barrier on orders? More and more disappointed everytime I go. If my kid didnt love the mcnuggets so much I would completely stop going there

Horrible experience, Bread on the Big Mac was hard, the fries where old, soggy and cold, the nuggets (20 piece) were cold and hard. One nugget had a black fly or roach cooked into it. I was told this was normal by “Frank”, the manager . Probably not his real name. Then he proceeded to speak Spanish while taking my complaint, while his co-workers laughed and smirked while looking at me. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I do have photos of the “McDonalds experience” and will upload. This is not the first time getting horrible food from this establishment.

So, you know you can do a survey of a McDonald’s and occasionally get a BOGO deal. I’ve been there 3 times in a span of 3 weeks and the receipts that you’ll need to survey ,neither at the drive through window nor inside are legible . Both printers have little ink that you can’t read the numbers needed. This seems like they don’t want to honor their BOGOS. FOOD WAS OK though. Just fix your printers guys.

Drive thru dont speak English also couldn’t take the right order after several attempts for 3 simple meal orders. Then gave wrong food and half the order and pretended like it was my fault also never gave me a receipt. Payed extra for the the sandwichs the kids wanted. Got home and those where also not what I ordered and still didn’t give me a receipt.
This happens alot here apparently!!!!
