The people working are nice, but there is usually a strong language barrier. The restaurant was originally built to a high standard; however, it is filthy, smells like a porta potty and there is mold on the ceiling (see pictures). The owner can say what they want, but the nasty ceiling mold and smell are a long-term problem.

I went here on Saturday night. It was late but Google Maps said they were open. There were 6 other cars in line. All the lights were on. The menus were lit up. The auto greeting was enabled. We sat there awhile, maybe 10 minutes. Then an employee came on at the second window and said go away! So the other car pulled out and waved us all down and we left. I haven’t had a good experience for years. Maybe it’s time to close this location and let another restaurant try in this space.

Used the app to order seeing how the hours for drive through say open till Midnight. got there and was the second in line then i just sat there figuring maybe only a couple people were working. Some time goes by and a few people just leave the drive through so i pull to the window and they say “we’re closed!” and that i need to cancel my order. So i dont know either change the hours or actual be open till you say your open.

The drive-thru moves pretty fast. Customer Service could be a little more cheerful, but they were pretty proficient. Overall I’d give them an 8.5 on the experience. Merry Christmas.

Never actually got to the drive thru window. When I arrived both lanes were occupied. I could see the frustration in both drivers faces. After about 6 min. After I got there. The driver in front of me started placing her order. It was taking a long time and she looked frustrated. The driver in the second lane at this point must have been waiting at least 10 min. He got tired of waiting and drove away. At this point the person in front of me was now trying to get the employees attention as they must have turned off the speaker. I had now been waiting over 12 min. However I had backed up enough when I saw their faces so I could leave the line if necessary. They were probably short staffed but didn’t seem to be communicating that very well. Just come on the mic and be honest. “We are short staffed its gonna be 15 min we apologize” then we can make the decision to leave or stay. This was in the morning around 8:30 when people are looking to get to work. Just communicate.

One of the worst McDonald’s ever. I stopped in here on my way to Milwaukee to get a quick bite and use the restroom. The service was slow to begin with, not a clean table in the place and in the restroom I was afraid to touch the sink. I know staffing may be difficult right now but this place was terrible. The building looked nice and new but the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. I will never stop at this location again.

I’ve been here several times for drive thru breakfast. Orders are frequently incomplete, and their bagels are often so stale, they are impossible to eat. I now have to be the annoying customer that checks every little thing in the bag before I drive off. Sorry in advance if you’re ever behind me in line.

Orders did not show on screen, some customers had to wait 15 minutes for a coffee. Crew in back did not look at all organized (saw one guy move a tray of “buns” back and forth and back and forth. Most did not speak english, so hard to deal with (when crew did not understand, they ignored).

Atmosphere would have been better if there were a clean table and chairs to use. I ordered my food to dine in, it was given to me in a bag and without the drink cup. The person working did not speak to me, not even when requesting the cup for my drink. My food was good and hot though.
