The Plymouth McDonald’s is outstanding! The service is fast, friendly, and efficient. Employees are clear, professional, and seem to genuinely care about providing great customer service. Managers are hands-on and work right alongside the crew to keep everything running smoothly. Even during busy times, the line moves quickly and orders come out fresh and accurate. Easily one of the best-run McDonald’s locations I’ve been to!

Workers in the morning are always nice….but the kitchen staff i have to admit do not know what they are doing clearly. Haven’t reported the numerous times I’ve had egg shells in my food. But opening my bag of food to find this…Topped it off for me. Couldn’t even bite into this charcoal brick that’s supposed to be a simple egg McMuffin. Why serve something completely burnt to the point you can’t even eat it? I’d like to be able to actually eat what I paid for not just throw it out because I can’t even bite into it without breaking thousands of dollars of dental work. All because why?….someone can’t just make a new muffin without burning the entire thing!

Workers were extremely rude to me and my sister when we were picking up food. The people working didn’t even acknowledge us and the person at the first window was extremely rude and they didn’t even give us a receipt my sister had to ask for one.

I have given this Mc Donald’s 3 chances and they always disappoint the other morning I pull up to the drive thru wi Dow to pay for my order and the was not only taking payments she was wrapping the breakfast burritos with out washing her hands. Place literally ALWAYS gets our orders wrong, I don’t know how you get an order incorrect thats been placed through the app but it is what it is I guess, can only call them or go back for a correction so many times before you give up.
Orders two meals, only gets one fry and it wasn’t the large I paid extra for
Not like it doesn’t tell you specifically on the screen when you’re prepping an order what to put in the bag

Every time I go through the drive-through and ask for regular hamburgers, with just ketchup they always have onions and pickles on and last night we asked for plain hamburgers, and the hamburgers came in a regular hamburger wrapper, but they were cheeseburgers wrapped up in a regular hamburger wrapper. I am not sure why they can never get this right!

It was a usual morning run to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Made an online order using the app and deal.
Was given the sandwiches at the window, and when I opened the wrap, the sandwich was barely warm. Spoke with a manager who was very rude. She said, “I can’t reheat this.” I said I thought I would get a fresh hot sandwich when I come here. She did not offer a replacement sandwich. She showed no empathy at all. No, I’m sorry. No caring.
I responded that we will not be returning and she was “fine” with that. I will go to the Sheboygan Falls McDonald’s any day over being treated like this.

Just went through with a fairly large order about 30 mins before closing, and service was phenomenal. The gentleman working the drive-thru was awesome. I wish his name was on my receipt because he definitely deserves special recognition. Food was super fresh and everything was right, which is extra amazing because like I said, big order. Definitely an amazing experience
