Absolutely unacceptable behavior from this location. My daughter was in the drive-thru ahead of me and attempted to use a free small McCafé coupon that was issued to her by the Johnson Creek store after they messed up her previous order. No one told her it was location-restricted. She ordered a small McCafé and even planned to pay for the extra espresso shot herself.
Instead of simply explaining a policy like professionals, the employee refused the card because it said “Western Wisconsin.” When my daughter calmly asked to speak to a manager, the employee loudly yelled, “Are you fing serious? Do you think I would lie to you? You can’t fing use that here.” I heard this clearly from the vehicle behind her.
The manager then came to the window, refused to let my daughter speak at all, snapped that they don’t take those there, and literally shut the window in her face.
The profanity, the yelling, and the complete lack of basic customer service — especially toward a young customer — is disgusting. If your staff cannot handle a simple coupon question without swearing and slamming windows, you have a serious training and management problem. This was beyond unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

This is the second time in the same year later shift either didn’t fill my order correctly. No one in line just 3 older ladies talking and instead of filling it correctly and giving me a chicken sandwich meal I get 1 less chicken sandwich and a small fry at the bottom of the bag and my kids happy meal rock hard fries. The first time my wife just gave birth and they were the only ones open again no one in line and completely botched the order. Not that it’s a crazy hard thing just complete laziness

They prioritize door dash orders and drive thru customers. I waited 25 minutes for a 10 nugget and a large fry. It would have been.longer but i said something and promptly got my food.

This place is a joke. Waited over 30 min in the drive through before ordering, they asked three times what sauce I’d like, then failed to put it in the bag. My last trip had the same service, waited 30+ min in line for iced tea and was asked to pull up to wait?! It’s a tea.. I will not be back.

To be fair, it was lunch rush.
The bad: trash cans were overflowing, food was strewn on the floors, windows were covered in greasy handprints. When the trash was changed, the cans were taken away for more than 15 minutes, so customers were not able to throw away their garbage, adding to the mess. The sanitatizer dispensers and wipe dispenser were both empty, and the second self order kiosk was out of receipt paper.
The ugly: 1) our dine-in order got “misplaced” and after waiting 23 minutes I had to get an employee’s attention to get out food this was after noticing that numerous people whobhad ordered after us had received their meals. I EVENTUALLY found our food, ice cold on an unoccupied table 2) the ketchup dispensers were empty, but still sprayed out explosions of compressed air with a dusting of ketchup, covering my hands and shirt in fine mist of nastiness. They were never placed out of order or refilled while we were there.
The good: After the manager was made aware of my order, he apologized, prioritized getting it remade fresh, personally served us himself, followed-up and pprovided a voucher for a free meal. He really handled it exceptionally well and deserves recognition. Additionally, overall the staff was very coureous and swift.

All I had was an Iced Latte and Burrito and it took me over 50+ minutes. I talked to them about it and they said they would have it up and they still didn’t have it out. Completely disappointed and want a refund for this level of neglect. Don’t go to this establishment. It is bad

I dont understand why its so hard for this store to function properly. I only go here when theres no one else around and my food is always made wrong. With signs advertising 18-22 bucks and hour you’d think food could get made right especially when the food is all plain.
To put the icing on the cake I went again today, only car in the drive thru, basically barren parking lot. I order my food. Never have a problem with the people taking the order. But I get parked for my measly 3 things. Get my food basically immediately after get parked so what was the point. The guy basically throws my food at me and runs inside. Look in the bag and my sandwiches aren’t even wrapped up and the fries are upside down. Its whatever at this point because you don’t even get credit anymore. Get home to find the corner of my bag was soggy and all my food is on the ground. Its one thing to make food wrong when you’re busy but when you’re maybe one of 3 people ordering to have it made wrong, not wrapped properly and to give me a water soaked bag on top of it. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else

Ordered on my break, they were a bit busy as it was about 610 and their card machine was down so that slowed the process down, however I asked for a chicken sandwich meal, the chicken I got was small proportioned for the bun and also slightly overdone. Otherwise staff was very nice!
