I used to like coming here because I knew every time I would get quality service and food but for the past year or so service has been slow, and orders are rarely correct. I see a lot of new staff there that would explain the problem. Some of them even have bad attitudes. Nowadays I just pass the restaurant and find another McDonald’s because I’m expecting poor service and food.

Heard the steak egg and cheese bagel we’re back on the menu and was excited. Was always my favorite menu item. Sunday morning about 9am me and the misses decide to drive through. 1 car on front of us. The guy at the drive through was very quick and took our order and said pull ahead. We pull to pay window and no one is there. Sign says pay here so we wait 5 minutes. Then decide to pull ahead and the old lady there said he meant to pull to 2nd window. Normally they have a sign at first window that says to pull ahead to pay.

I think the kiosk ordering is pathetic, the two seconds it took for the person to hand the bag over was fine. But the kiosk you end up ordering the deal, you think you’re getting one McChicken you end up with two but wait, no, you end up with four because you thought you were only getting two. Now I know why I stopped getting fast food.

Went thru the DT for breakfast. Missed a sandwich, so I parked and went inside. There was like 1 order and no one in the lobby. The guy working literally stood behind the counter near the grill and stared at me for what seemed like 5 min, probably only 3 or so thou. He said it wasn’t missing since it was never made (Excuse me! I ordered and paid and did not receive it – it was missing)

This place is never good however tonight took the cake. Not only did the drive-through clerk rush us through our order, she messed up an item that was supposed to be a meal, then after handing us our food they walked away from the window and of course missed a sandwich (the one that was supposed to be a meal). I went in and got my bag (the clerk was walking the bag to me when I walked in so I never spoke to her) as I turned to go, another male worker said “what’s her problem?” Directed toward me. MY PROBLEM is how can you mess this up EVERY SINGLE TIME??? I didn’t even say anything! Get home only to discover our fries are barely cooked (dryish and cold) and my burger isn’t cooked!
