Its a Tuesday at 2pm and ive just had the best McDonald’s food of my life at this locations drive through. Came to try the new arch burger, got a big mac for comparison sake which we started with and were extremely impressed. Everything was the ideal hot/warm, chicken nuggets were perfectly crisp, fries well salted, dr pepper the best of both syrup and carbonation worlds. Cannot vouch enough for this location based on this one experience

It was 10:04 on Friday night and I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with out even being greeted. Another pulled up to the other speaker and sat as well and then drove off after waiting for a while as well. I decided to go to the McDonald’s on Falls Road. I was greeted promptly. My order was taken and when I got to the window, the person was very friendly and polite. I asked his name because he was so pleasant. I want to thank Chris at Falls Road for providing great customer service. I will be going to Falls Road from now on even if I have to drive to the opposite end of town.

I had a feeling after I was greeted in the drive thru with “whatchu want” that it was not going to be one of my better McDonald’s experiences. When I asked about the new specials being advertised I was given attitude because the order taker couldn’t understand me for some reason? After repeating myself multiple times louder and slower each time she said “They start Monday” which is a lie that was confirmed when I got to the window. If this is the work ethic and attitude of your employees, I will not be returning.

Grabbed my daughter McDonald’s for doing a good job at school as a reward today , just to be told that not only the ice cream machine… but the shake machine smoothie machine and McFlurry machine was broken. Asked if I could get a frappe for myself and that was broken as well. Went to pay and asked if I could get a Diet Coke added to my order and the what looked to be a 10 yr old covered in tattoos started telling me I’m not allowed to do that and he shouldn’t do that for me. And after all that grief. The food was cold and stale. For the price you pay for this garbage you’re better off going to Culver’s for better food and service.

Came through the drive through today. Order taken, paid at the window and was asked to move up. After 15 mins of waiting and watching others whom ordered after me get their orders. I asked the employee where my order was just looked my way like I were invisible. I understand to err is human but could you exhibit some concern. NOT IN THE LEAST! This store and its employees get a big fat 0 -0 even for pathetic customer service! Also I asked for a refund. Supposedly got one but all I see is a withdrawal from my account and no refund!!! Even more infuriating!

I have mixed reviews. I stop on the way home few times a week . There’s this guy manager that works there during the evening that looks like he hates it there and isnt very friendly. You’ll either a sit their at the order screen with no cars in drive thru an wait 5 mins before someone takes your order and when you get your food like tonight the burgers will be ice cold buns dried out and the fries taste like old fries that were refried. Or b with like 3 cars in drive thru they’re park you for 10 mins and still get cold food.
Then there’s this lady manager with glasses that works evenings aswell that doesn’t matter if you’re the only one in drive thru or there’s already 3 people there . She takes your order pretty much as soon as you get to the speaker and the food is always fresh.

Went through the drive-through 10 minutes before closing right now and they basically had no food available to be made and said all the fryers were turned off. So they weren’t really open till 11 PM as stated. If you’re not going to be able to provide food service until the stated time, then change the stated time of operational hours. Very annoying!

Got 2 sausage egg mcmuffins 6/8/25 the yolka were grossly green so that wasnt worth it.
Returned 6/9/25 and got a sausage mcmudmffin no egg so i wasn’t throwing money away only to then recieve a burnt muffin, Pic included.

They gave us extra food, which I can’t complain about. It was fresh, although we had to wait a bit despite it being a Sunday morning. We will be back!

Stopped this morning on the way to church to grab an iced latte. I ordered a medium iced sugar-free latte. The cost was $4.21. I received what appears to be a small latte since I was in such shock over the price? The size of the drink didn’t even register until after I left. When I can go to a local coffee shop that roast their own beans and spend a dollar more for a larger drink, why would I ever come back? You have lost a customer for Life McDonald’s
