I get there cause I ordered online and the lady at the windows rudea as can be . Snippy and a bit bitchy . Then when I get our drinks there is a third of my smoothie missing . Like are you kidding me . I was kind and nice . I worked in a fast food restraint and just because your having a bad day doesnt mean you can be rude.

I stopped at this McDonald’s to pick up a DoorDash order and decided to grab something for myself while I waited. The timing was perfect—my food was ready right along with the order I needed to deliver. I had just finished my first shift job and hadn’t eaten all day, so I was starving. Huge thanks to the employee who got my dinner out quickly—I really appreciate not having to drive around all night smelling food on an empty stomach! The restaurant was very clean, and the customer service was great. Fast, friendly, and efficient—couldn’t ask for more.

I don’t know how you can mess up a snack wrap but dang do they do a good job at it! No sauce amd nasty lettuce?? Probably the only good job they do! According to the lose hair on employees shirts and eating while working? Yes they do the absolute best job! I hope they take this feed back and soar! Because they won’t get any farther than this place.

Used to have it at a three star. But just stood at the register for three or four minutes listening to the staff all talk about their lives. One person working the drive-through. They need to pay more attention to the customers even though they don’t have indoor dining anymore. A very sad representation of what people get paid to do in my opinion today. I am all about making the workplace livable and fun. And enjoyable experience to all. But that does not include stand here complain and ignore the customer.

They screwed up my order and never gave me a receipt. When I went in to ask if they could look up my order and print one, the guy looked me dead in the face and said “Sorry we ain’t got no paper for the machines.” So mcdonalds stole 4 dollars from me because they wouldn’t look up my order and see they missed an item. My bank transactions will show the total amount, and through adding up the food I got (pictures were taken) a lawsuit is being filed.

Stopped here for lunch on 10/20/24. Ordered a big Mac meal. Fries were hot, Coke was refreshing, but it looked like someone sat on the Big Mac. Terrible! Looked like it had half of the ingredients missing and the special sauce was the bottom of the barrel. Plus, it looked like someone was trying to set the land speed record for making one, then put it in a salad spinner just for fun. I had to reassemble the thing. Anyway, hopefully it is better next time.
