We used the kiosk to order this meal. I asked for my receipt because the kiosk was out and I just knew there would be errors. My daughter’s medium strawberry smoothie didn’t come with the meal and we had to go ask for it and on top of that, it was filled 3/4 of the cup and when I asked if they call this full there was no reply. The wife selected ranch with her meal and had to go back and ask because they forgot to put it on the tray. I had to go back and ask for my bbq sauce. I had to go back again and ask for the apple juice for the happy meal too. Then fries were semi cold to begin with. Glad I’m not from around here and won’t be returning.

The manager of this place should be FIRED!! this isn’t the first time I go here. The employees of this place are some of the dumbest, laziest and clueless workers ever! Who trained these workers here?
They can’t even get one order of fries ready!!! The guy at the window has to tell me to pull over and wait. I ordered it through the app. it was suppose to be fast. I guess the workers here don’t pay attention to online order. They just gossip in Spanish to each when I went inside last time. Now it shows when I use the drive thru. They still gossiping and don’t pay attention to their orders.
If they can’t even get one order of a fries ready, what makes you think they will have your value meals ready? They don’t. That’s why they have soooooo many parking stalls dedicated to drive thru orders.
This place needs a new manager to better trains these employees.

Every time I go to this McDonald’s something is messed up. It’s irritating but I’m thinking it’s just McDonald’s. It’s par for the course. I just brush it off and get on with my life. The fact that I got a McGriddle with an egg on it burnt so bad it’s inedible is the reason I finally had to give them the one star review. Shape up guys this is ridiculous

This restaurant apparently does not want people to come inside to order food or eat. There was a line of people inside and no one came from the back to take our order. Eventually I popped my head in the back to ask for help. Instead of “how can I help you sir?” I instead heard “what are you doing behind my counter?” Eventually the young manager came out to take our order. As I type this, our order has not yet appeared as in process. Finally after long delay the food arrived with a bellow. No sorry just yelled my number. I said thank you.. silence

I ordered food from DoorDash for this McDonalds and it was absolutely horrible. 27 dollars for five items. This McDonalds is literally less than five minutes away from me. The food was disgusting. No name on the bag so when it was delivered to my facility no one knew who it was for. By the time I could track down my order and actually got the food it was 45 minutes AFTER the delivery. Cold. Slopped together and smashed. This place has been HORRIBLE every time anyone I know has gone there. Never again!
