I have stopped here multiple times and the food is good, but they have gotten my drinks wrong in size and in flavor a few times. The cooked food is good and I haven’t had an issue. They have decently short wait time, too. Some of their women staff have made me a bit uncomfortable with some of their conversations with me, though.

The cleanliness of this place was just so so today. Both the bathrooms and the dining room could use some attention cleaning wise. Outside of the Maine traffic areas which seem to get mopped regularly the grease buildup was pretty noticeable on the floors were actually a little slick.

I’m going to get right to the point none of the workers had hair nets on except for the workers making the food which had on hats the ladies did not have no hair nets on. Then I witness somebody walk outside into the store behind the counter around the food with personal things to give to one person for that person to be in uniform to give them a hug as they came from the outside with Dollar general bags the front end of the counter is unsanitary I can only imagine what the back of the story is after witnessing this it is what it is I didn’t feel like getting into a headache with them people the manager I just threw my food off down the road i-80

Mobile order. Johnny was exceptionally kind explaining how to cancel and how to find which Walcott restaurant was correct as it didn’t show up automatically as normal. He went above and beyond for this customer! I am glad I randomly chose this location for my breakfast! The food was freshly made for me and as I said, this employee went above and beyond

The chicken sandwich was fine, but fries were a bit cold and the Big Mac bun was horribly dry and hard. The “special ” sauce was scarce and the meat was over cooked. I will not stop here again. 3rd

With this game going on I have stopped at walcott location to get my free food and after I eat it I get a bad headache and then end up pucking it up. My want to check all your temps on your food and dates. Ordered my food on the app while at home and when I arrived to pick up my food it still was not ready, must not be a priority for the staff. Stopped by this location at 10:39 pm to pick up some food and found the McDonald’s sign outside not illuminated…strange? Also could not raise anyone on the intercom or see anyone through the drive up window. Location is supposed to be open until 11pm? Strange. This location has really gone down hill since the O’Brien family sold it in 2021. McDonald’s Corp should probably consider closing it or selling it to a franchisee.

I’ve never seen fresh flowers on tables at a Mcdonald’s before. Customer service was pretty good too. And they were cleaning their ice cream machine, so I’m sure at some point that day they would be serving ice cream
