Use the code on your receipt to report this location. The manager today February 27th 2026 At 4:35pm yelled into my car and made my child cry. She yelled through the drive through window for “bad mouthing her employee”. My bad mouthing was – me asking if (after waiting 15 minutes to place my order and being asked to wait another minute after it’s my turn finally) I was going to be waiting another 10 minutes. No one responded. I said this location needs reported, corporate needs to shut this place down. No one had any training here and it is getting old. I don’t eat mc Donald’s but my child like their happy meals. She likes to have each week after her week at school. It’s is over 45 minutes for one happy meal for over 3 weeks now. I am only there once but I am not the only one having these issues. I was not directly rude to or about the employee but stated some much needed truth though a com I had no idea was working or not. I do not think this warrants a Manger yelling through the driving thorough window to be nice and slamming the window. When I proceed to talk because we are adults and in no way is that professional she came back and yelled some more over us and slammed the window again. She told me I should nice and be nice to her employees. I was nice, I spoke truth. I didn’t hear anything back from the employee. If they don’t like how bad their quality of work is then they should change it. Not yell at customers through drive through windows. You scared my 5 year old. I don’t think she ever thought she’d have a window worker yelling through her car. The manager wouldn’t give me a name and was not wearing a name tag nor would anyone come to the window. I am assuming no one wants to get in trouble for the behavior they know is bad. Some serious work needs put into this location. I certainly wouldn’t want this person leading my child into “management”. The manager can personally apologize to the 5 year old that no longer wants to visit this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We ordered our food, paid, and then got our drinks. We were told to go up to number 2 parking spot. Ok, we did. But realized their soda was flat. I ran in real quick to get new ones. This stuff happens, I get it! 20 minutes go by and there is nothing. My husband goes in to check on it as we’re on a time crunch to get my daughter to an important appointment. I gave ourselves PLENTY OF TIME to grab a bite to eat. Another 10 minutes go by and my husband asks what is going on, only to find out they haven’t even started the order! By this time we’re already 5 minutes late to our appointment so we end up having to get a refund. But this isn’t the only time things like this have happened. Many many times and the ONLY REASON I’ve kept going is because my kids love McDonalds especially after a long day at school. It’s like a treat they don’t get very often. HOWEVER, I’ve had to tell them that we cannot ever come back to this McDonalds. It is literally the WORST and most INCOMPETENT restaurant we’ve ever been to and it won’t happen again. EVER! This was on a Friday evening. I think you guys SERIOUSLY need better management. Whoever is leading is doing an awful job and this has been going on for well over a year. Get someone in there that knows what the heck they’re doing. It’s kind of pathetic. Not to mention their attitudes toward customers. Annoyed, irritated, and impatient about sums it up. My 10 year old could do better, Just sayin…

Witnessed several orders wrong before getting ours, which was also wrong. A bacon McDouble had no bacon and we were just given bacon to put on ourselves. Large fries were probably closer to a medium. Didn’t get any sauces for McNuggets. Sad even for a McDonald’s

Worst ever!! No toilet paper in women’s restroom. Had to ask 2 times for them to provide us with it. Not many to take orders. Only seem to want you to use touch screen only to order. It seemed to be chaos in the kitchen. No drink station. Had to ask for our drinks. Poor waiste of space. Order area is very small. Don’t see anyone except a person shouting out a number. Didn’t get our drinks and ad to ask. Chicken sandwich sloppy and smashed. I was so disgusted and didn’t even finish my meal. Cold fries and everyone seemed to get various sizes of fries.
Person to wipe down tables was just pesty and kept hanging around when I was trying to have a conversation with a friend. Was insistence that I went over to see a light up table. Another couple was very uncomfortable with her asking questions of them while trying to eat. They had one child and were wanting their child to eat.

The Mt. Pleasant Mc Donald’s is such a let down. It use to be a great place years ago but lately it has been a mess. I waited for one hour for my meal in the car line they were moving super slow. There is probably one at most friendly staff. When you go inside you can tell the incompetence from the staff can’t take orders and all they do is yell at each other in front of customers. I will not be visiting this location after being a loyal customer for years.

I visit the drive through and they routinely mess up the order, so, i decided to come in today. Ive been waiting 25 minutes and still dont have my food. On top of that, they have regular customers yelling out peoples order numbers for them because they dont have an intercom system. They half yell the number one time and then let their customers take care if it for them. Its like zero human interaction. I wont be back for a long time.

I ordered in the drive through. Had to tell the young man taking the orders 3 times (very loudly) I wanted a bacon McDouble. I ordered a medium Diet Coke with extra ice. Order came to $6.40; gave him a ten, a one and three dimes and two nickels. He could not even count the correct change. When I picked up my order noticing I had only a small amount of ice; I held up my glass and asked a mouthy young “girl “ if this was extra ice and her answer was “It comes from a machine “. DAH!!

My daughter wanted to go here after getting off work. 42 minutes! 42 minutes from the time she ordered before she got her order which was missing the fries and all the sauces. 20 nuggets, 2 small fries. I went inside to get what was missing, 10minutes inside and not a single one of the employees even acknowledged me standing there. Absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely the worst ran McDonald’s I have been to. People in front of us had waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries.
Workers were wearing crocks long hair everywhere no hair nets and everyone waiting was mad and said this service was normal.

About once every 6 months I have the delusion to give this location another chance, and am reminded almost immediately as to what a poor choice I’ve made. This is quite possible the poorly managed McDonalds in the United States. The wait times are incredible. 20+ minutes, meanwhile car after car leaves with their orders while other cars are waiting.
