We waited 30 minutes for our food after ordering ourselves on the kiosk. Had to flag someone down to get our cups as there was no one around. The pop machine had no ice and the pop was so watered down! After 30 mins of waiting the lady rudely sat our food on the counter, calling my name for the order. I checked the bags and found no BBQ sauces when I ordered several with my food. I asked the worker for “a couple BBQ” and she handed me one singular sauce with a nasty look. Very unfriendly and dissatisfied with this service.

Nice new modern McDonalds and it’s slow and unkept. They appear to have wiped off the tables but the seats are dirty and have spilt pop on them. We ordered for dine in but got our food in bags to go. One guy raised his voice to the manager because his order wasn’t done after 20 minutes and it was just a couple of burritos to go.. A lady made a similar complaint.

Went through drive thru. The other lane who arrived after us was waited on before us. They actually asked us what we wanted to order and then disappeared until the other lane was done ordering.
Waited in line after ordering over 5 minutes to get to the window. The gal at the window didn’t greet – just the total. Fries were cold, ranch wraps not wrapped very well, drenched in ranch.

The lady was very friendly. However, I got a big breakfast which was warm at best and a sausage burrito meal and it was COLD. I don’t think they even TRIED to heat them up!!! The cheese wasn’t melted in anyway, and honestly I’ve discovered how nasty these things are when cold. Super good when even warm but cold? Disgusting. It is not a meal to be enjoyed cold and I certainly didn’t.

To describe my experience at Fairfield, Iowa McDonald’s. It was awaiting game for raw fries and cold food. But the service wasn’t that bad. The people who took my order were very respectful, very kind. Overall, the service was great. Just the effort put into the food is just horrible in my opinion.

Went here to get breakfast through the drive thru with my fiance and his grandma. We ordered a big breakfast a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin a bacon egg and cheese mcgriddle and a large iced Carmel coffee. We didn’t get our coffee and got a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin instead of a mcgriddle. We didn’t receive butter nor any silverware with our big breakfast. It was a very simple order yet somehow this place still messed it up. When they finally got our correct sandwich the guy just started waving the bag back and forth impatiently in our faces. It’s absolutely amazing how this place is still opened. Worst place in town to eat ever.

Worst mcdonalds ever. Sign up about the C⁰2 being down and not about the tea and mcafe also being down. So absolutely no drinks possible and yet they decided to only give heads up about the sodas. I ordered pick up and I waiting 40 minutes and then they said we didn’t received your order. Then I show the order confirmation in my email and also on McDonald apps. Then the cashier said the code that you get is not allowed to proceed in our system, shame on them I am back with out anything
