We went through the drive through which oddly makes you drive around the building twice. I ordered the new Bacon Ranch McCrispy Sandwich (but subbed mayo for ranch) & a Cheeseburger Kid’s Meal (not pictured). The service was ok and the food came out in a normal amount of time. The Chicken itself however was WAY overcooked, super greasy and slathered in way too much mayo (I had to wipe most of it off or end up wearing it). I instantly regretted ordering anything and although I did eat it the burnt, greasy taste stayed with me the rest of the night and made me feel sick. The kids meal was as expected.

This location had many employees with great attitudes and fast smiles. As a former McDonald’s Dept. Manager I commend the employees I interacted with. This will be my go to McDonald’s while I’m in the area. I can’t fairly rate the food as with our drive time even a perfectly cooked and fresh order would have cooled off. I can say that my entire order was correct and presented well.

I went inside to eat and it was a ghost town at the only cash register. It took almost 5 minutes for an employee to even realize I was standing there. I only went up because they don’t offer any condiments…just napkins. And she only gave me three ketchup packets. They don’t even give you a tray when you dine in. I’m definitely not coming to this location ever again.

This relatively new McDonalds would be a great setting for an episode of the Twilight Zone — very subdued, very sterile, very odd! No personal interaction except for the zombie-like individual who ferried trays of food out to waiting patrons who had conquered the large touchscreen kiosks to order and pay. There was no menu on the wall, no customer service or order counter, and no dispensers except for napkins. Our three meals came with 6 packets of McDonalds brand ketchup for us to share, no napkins at all, and about an inch of ice in my large Coke.

I think this McDonald’s location is great for people who know and understand the menu items, but it may be not so great for people who prefer person to person interaction and to order with an actual human. This McDonald’s location features multiple touch screen menus where the customer makes their own order and then gets their food at a pick up window.

First time at new McDonald’s. It was messy, slow, no ice in the drinks and the strawberry shake wasn’t mixed well. The people were nice and helpful. Every other fast food restaurant is clean.

The food was fresh but we had hardly any sauce on our spicy chicken sandwiches. The layout is also very weird for the drive through so we ate inside. The inside is very clean. Some employees were quite attentive and kind, but others seemed to be a bit rude to other customers. It is McDonalds though so they did pretty well compared to other McDonald’s we’ve been to.

This is a compact McDonald’s restaurant. There is an employee standing when you come in; who tells you that you have to order your meal on a kiosk, it takes cash and cards, you punch in what you want and take a number tent to put on the table. If you are not tech savvy, the employee will help you. If you want a refill on your drink, you have to ask the employee for a refill.

Very dry bottom bun on a Big Mac. Like crunchy. And I’m not sure what was up with the way the patties were cooked. Pale gray color on one sid like they were microwaved or something. Totally changed the taste profile to not have the normal cooking style.
