Temperature outside is 35° right now and the air condition running. Have to wear coats while dining in. there is no way to order without using a kiosk, which I am OK with if everything goes well. I ordered a happy meal for my daughter, and I put on the order that I wanted the Zootopia 2 toy, but she did not get a Zootopia 2 toy. They did not give us any napkins, so I had to stand at the front awkwardly until someone noticed me since they don’t have someone standing there to take orders, I have kids so napkins are important to me. trash cans were too full to throw some of my trash in, and the lunch rush hasn’t even come in yet.

Just got home. Had ordered a cheeseburger kids meal. I’ve certainly received the wrong order before but this is a new one: There was no hamburger in the bun, just cheese. LOL! No ice in the drink either. Guess the Gods are telling me I shouldn’t be ordering fast food in the first place.

Horrible service. Only able to order with kiosks which constantly glitch out, and when we asked for help, the manager was snappy and quick to tell us that she was too busy to help. Manager was super rude to multiple customers. Took forever to recieve food and it wasn’t even busy. Drink machine was broken. The only bright moment was the young man who was cleaning the floor was at least trying to give great customer service.

I have never been so offended, the customer service that Erica delivered was horrendous I would not recommend anyway eat at this place or go through the drive through, not if you want to be treated with respect.

This location does not have people taking orders at the front counter. You have to use a kiosk. So lack of customer service, also when asked about it, the employee that I spoke to was snobbish, unprofessional and provided no customer service. What has happened to McDonald’s customer service?

I ordered my food and I got fries drink and chicken nuggets and I did not get my chicken nuggets I asked them and then the manager but he said “ I put it in the bag wanna see the camera” I said ok but he refused to show me and kept saying he did put it in the bag he would not even give a refund and he didn’t give me my receipt so he couldn’t get a warning by McDonald’s worst employees I want to get my refund immediately or I will start taking legal trouble.

The quality of this location has fallen off a cliff ever since they switched to touchscreen kiosks. Upkeep of the dining area has been completely abandoned. I don’t think it’s possible to enjoy a meal here without flies buzzing around you the entire time. I’ve still been coming here since it’s the only restaurant within walking distance, but I just can’t anymore. If you have the option, by all means go to the Riverside Dr. location.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was very disappointed with the experience. When I walked in, there was no one available at the counter — only self-service kiosks that accepted credit cards. While I understand that businesses are evolving with technology, there should still be staff readily available to assist customers who either can’t or prefer not to use the kiosks.
A group of Amish customers walked in shortly after I did, and it was obvious they wouldn’t be able to use the kiosks or pay by credit card. I asked someone in the back if they could assist them, but the response I received made it clear they were unwilling or unable to help, which was extremely disheartening.
When I attempted to order myself, I found that the new menu item — chicken tenders — wasn’t even available on the kiosk. I had to ask for help, and while I was eventually assisted, the attitude I received was less than welcoming.
Finally, when I needed a simple refill of iced tea, I repeatedly called for assistance. Instead of helping customers, employees were standing in the back visibly texting on their phones.
I understand that times are changing, but customer service shouldn’t be optional. Not everyone can adapt to self-service kiosks, and businesses need to be prepared to support all of their customers, especially those who may have limitations.
I truly hope management takes steps to improve the attention and service provided at this location. If management want to look at the video I visited on April 27, I arrived around 12:00 and left at 12:38. You will see how many times I kept asking for assistance and was ignored due to staff on the cell phones. And a manager didn’t say a word even as he saw me.
This is a leadership and culture issue that isn’t in line with my past experiences with McDonald’s.
