One of the worst locations ever!!! Got curbside and once got food was given apple juice instead of apple slices. Forced to go in to correct the issue. Got back in the car started to pull out took 1 sip of my dr pepper and it was carbonated dirty water not dr pepper. Had to turn around and go back inside a second time to correct that problem. Well they gave me a second dirty carbonated water instead of dr pepper was given a 3rd cup empty and told to go fill it myself. Goofy management didn’t know why it was doing that claiming he ran it through. Got home to find out a 4 piece nuggets wasn’t a 4 piece. Its now a 3 piece nugget for the price of 4. All I wanted to do is get grandkids dinner. All I wanted was a fountain dr pepper. No im sorry for multiple inconveniences. They figure once you pay for what you want you get what you get even its all wrong!!! Location is SUPER BAD!!!!

Always waiting, order is usually wrong or incomplete. Usually rock hard breakfast burritos or slightly warm food. When asking for no onions on a burger, you get no pickles with extra onions. Never a good experience there. Its like management and employees dont care.

My order was taken by a brand new employee named Neiko. She did an excellent job taking an order for 2 people with no assistance with a request for light salt on the french fries. She’s a little shy and soft spoken, but give her a little time to get used to it and she will be a great asset to the Maquoketa, Iowa McDonald’s restaurant! She just needs to speak a little louder, I had a hard time hearing her with all the noise in the background. Unfortunately, my order for the ¼ lb Deluxe cheeseburger came out with the meat pink. The managers named Jeannie and Xavier replaced it with another ¼ lb Deluxe cheeseburger and it came out pink (not completely cooked) too. The order total for 2 was $20.01. Xavier gave me back $5.84 in cash although I paid with my debit card and gave me a total of 3 doube cheeseburgers and the 2 gift cards for a hamburger or cheeseburger each. Jeannie was very modest and said that she didn’t do anything, but she was very polite and brought the second and third double cheeseburgers out to our table and earlier had got Xavier for the mishap with the ¼ lb Deluxe cheeseburgers. Xavier apologized for the sandwiches coming out from the grille pink in the middle twice. The burgers did look done on the outside, so no fault of the employee on the grille. Being that I had worked at 2 different McDonald’s restaurants in Illinois 20 years ago and one of the franchise stores owned by the same owner as the Maquoketa, Iowa McDonald’s restaurant, I told him I know exactly how the grille works. Xavier and I both think there was something wrong with the grille itself and will need to be looked at by a technician, possibly from someone not a McDonald’s employee. The 3 staff members made a bad (or at least awkward situation) come to a conclusion much better than I had expected, especially Xavier. I told him I didn’t want to make a big deal out of it, but I just can’t stomach (no pun intended) pink hamburger meat, that I never could, not even steak. It’s well done only on all meat I eat. The current owners of the multi store franchise (I believe the owners I had have sold out due to their is now in their 80’s!) are very lucky to have Neiko as a new staff member and Jeannie and especially Xavier (who really had to deal with me the most l as fantastic managers on a busy Sunday night in a very cold October! I had the nicest delivery driver, food was here quickly and it was all great, fresh my fries were even fresh. It looks well prepared and I got an extra sauce without asking, everything was great thank you to the workers on June 16th between 2-3 pm

Every single time without fail my food is cold and the incorrect order and whenever I ask to have it replaced or remade I receive attitude for bringing up that THEY messed up a plain burger not only once but every time.
