This McDonald’s is understaffed even though the staff is super nice. The place was super busy. The drive through had a line and inside there were at least 9 parties in front of me. It is the the longest wait I have ever had in any McDonald’s. There were nothing but issues with ever order. There was a lady whose order just disappeared from their system. All the orders on the screen showed all the orders being served when they had not even started them. They were out of chocolate milk for my son’s Happy Meal. When a McDonald’s runs out of something it is evident there are underlying issues there.
Also, I ordered a double quarter pounder which from my understanding McDonald’s makes fresh. Well, the patties were dry and just about burnt. There were also some black pieces of something on my patties and in the box.
Lastly, the Play Place is decent and there is a big area for seating but would not recommend stopping hear because you will stay way longer than you want to stay here.

I hate to be that person but me and my cousin came through to get the monopoly things and got food and we ordered online specifically under the monopoly section and so when we got our food and drinks we only got 2 out of 5 of the monopoly things which I didn’t care too much about but we went through to see if we can get the 3 we missed and they could barely even understand me and looked at me like im crazy and stupid honestly if the monopoly thing cant be served with the item dont advertise it and also when I brought it up to them they told to me to talk to the manager which will just waste my time even more and im sorry but the fact they were laughing at us because we were trying ti get them and probably talking some shit with the way they were looking at eachother. won’t be going to this location again❤️

Never gets my order right. I tried using the app thinking maybe it was a language barrier at the box getting my order messed up but no luck.
Even when I used mobile last two times both were messed up. Apparently ‘no onions’ means slather on tons of diced onions on every burger. In fact go ahead and stuff them in the middle of a couple pieces of cheese so the customers can’t scrape them off either.
At this point it’s malicious. The foods not cheaper than Hardee’s anymore either. There are other options in the area that don’t mess up every order.

Ended up with food poisoning after eating ONLY McDonald’s yesterday 10/16/2025, had VERY upset stomach within half hour of eating, followed by throwing up at 1130pm and still more than 12 hours later. Called manager and she seemed to NOT care. Claiming it wasn’t their food, and that it had to be something else WHEN I DID NOT EAT ANYTHING OTHER THAN THEIR FOOD. We’ve been here twice in 3 days. We had the most pleasant woman take our order both days. The coffee was fresh, which isn’t always the case at some McDonalds. Food was ready quickly. The place was exceptionally clean.

Hands down the best McDonald’s experience ever, and we’ve been to McDonald’s a million times. The lady manager with shorter hair was the sweetest McDonald’s employee we’ve ever encountered. She handled the rush with ease and made sure everyone was taken care of, taking orders and running food. The kitchen made the food so fast despite the rush. We have never been to this McDonald’s before but we will make the 20 min drive again, just to have this experience again.

What a mess! Every surface of this place was sticky and messy. Lots of a milky substance puddled on the floor, being tracked around behind the counter by employees. My son’s kid meal took 30 me minutes to arrive . In that time it was hard to get the ketsup and napkins replenshed, only after repeated demands. The trash was overflowing in all the trash cans , leaving patrons to stack trash everywhere. I do not recommend this store on the weekends.
