A little over two weeks ago I ordered a McChicken and paid extra for bacon. When I went to eat it there was no bacon on it. And then yesterday I ordered A Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and again there was no bacon. And below are pictures of my Quarter Pounder.

Restaurant was totally empty, which was fine (it was 6:30pm) but being empty I would have thought it would have been cleaner. The tables were not cleaned and the floor had stuff on it right where you ordered. Staff was nice. Couldn’t understand the woman who put our bag on the counter. We had ordered our food for dine in so I wasnt sure if it was ours. I asked if it was ours and someone else said the number. The spanish music playing was a little too loud for the woman to hear me ask her what she said and she was busy singing anyway. They were nice enough but I did feel like I was a Mexican restaurant and not a McDonald’s in Dubuque Iowa lol. The food was very good, my burger was ordered without onions and it was correct. My son’s burgers were ordered plain and were also correct. And my husband said his daily double was one of the best he had ever eaten. Fries were very hot and grease was clean. Food really was very good. If the store had been clean and they had the Spanish music turned down and someone speaking clearly that handed out the food I would have given a 5. But overall very good and it wasn’t dirty enough that I would complain but when the store is empty I would have thought it would have been spotless. Good food outweighs the bad though!

Not open past 11. Food is always served sloppy and misaligned, and the only people you encounter as worker or customers are drug addicts or people who hate themselves as employees. They have gone very far downhill in recent years, especially since not serving food 24/7. Without convenience what does McDonald’s have to offer that other fast food restaurants cannot….. no longer anything, no long worthy of a barely minimum 2/5 star rating smh….

Terrible place. they forgot my mc chicken and they made my large drink only have as much pop as a medium. I tried to call about it go hung up on me twice the third time I asked for a manager and he said he was one so I complained and he ended the call on me. Used to have better staff but now a days their staff/service has been terrible get rid of there dumb staff employees and I will come back with open arms. This needs to be addressed

This is the worst McDonalds in Dubuque. The orders are never right, the food is never seasoned, they are always confused. If you have to eat fast food, save your money, and eat somewhere else.

Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a Mcdouble with only pickle. My nuggets only had 9 pieces in the box and my burger had mustard, ketchup, onions, and NO pickle. Complete waste of money.

Went inside to sit down for breakfast, employees refused to take my order. Only 3 employees, place was a complete mess. Dirty tables, drive thru backed up with 20 cars. Double lanes packed, maybe if you paid well and didn’t treat staff like garbage you would have employees. At least the manager was actually helping out, got that going for them. Went to Hardee’s, hot food in 3 minutes. Amazing how much harder employees work when you show them appreciation and pay what there worth.
