This morning, my pregnant wife has a craving for specifically a caramel hot chocolate from McDonald’s.
Went in, ordered at the register (not self service), and waited.
Got the drink, and went home only to realize that it was a caramel mocha.
Since she’s pregnant, she can’t have caffeine (on top of us not drinking coffee)
So I went back to get it replaced. Had to explain to the employee AND the manager that I didn’t want a mocha, but a hot chocolate. No coffee. With caramel syrup. After a while they gave me a hot chocolate (minus the caramel). Asked for the caramel syrup, and after more back and forth they said they said they were out of caramel syrup. Didn’t really believe them.. but whatever. I didn’t want to make a scene.
When I got back home my wife called and asked if they had caramel syrup, person said yes. She asked why didn’t they give me it and then they hung up on her. She called again, got a different person who spoke English, understood exactly what we wanted and said to come back sometime later, my name was written down and to get it.
Cool. Glad we got progress.
Few hours later I drove back (with preggo wife, who’s just been wanting this stupid caramel hot chocolate) to get it. Person don’t understand what we were talking about. Our name was not written down, at least where he checked. After minutes of explaining with multilple people, We FINALLY got a CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE. Come on guys. It took me coming 3 times and talking to 9+ employees. It’s not that hard!!!! Most incompetent Mcd I’ve seen full stop

Placed a online order for a Big Mac meal and when I got home found they gave me the wrong order. When I contacted the store they wanted me to bring back the nuggets that they gave me instead. It is ridiculous that they messed up and it’s on me to bring back the wrong food instead of giving me a refund for their mess up. Its my fuel and time for their mess up. Don’t come to this location without checking EVERYTHING prior to leaving.

Very welcoming employees they literally were at the counter after handing food out the window as soon as I walked in like on it. This is the second time I’ve been in this one passing through and it’s always clean.

Restaurant was totally empty, which was fine (it was 6:30pm) but being empty I would have thought it would have been cleaner. The tables were not cleaned and the floor had stuff on it right where you ordered. Staff was nice. Couldn’t understand the woman who put our bag on the counter. We had ordered our food for dine in so I wasnt sure if it was ours. I asked if it was ours and someone else said the number. The spanish music playing was a little too loud for the woman to hear me ask her what she said and she was busy singing anyway. They were nice enough but I did feel like I was a Mexican restaurant and not a McDonald’s in Dubuque Iowa lol. The food was very good, my burger was ordered without onions and it was correct. My son’s burgers were ordered plain and were also correct. And my husband said his daily double was one of the best he had ever eaten. Fries were very hot and grease was clean. Food really was very good. If the store had been clean and they had the Spanish music turned down and someone speaking clearly that handed out the food I would have given a 5. But overall very good and it wasn’t dirty enough that I would complain but when the store is empty I would have thought it would have been spotless. Good food outweighs the bad though!

Nothing like paying for extra lettuce and getting like 4-5 strands of lettuce. When paying $0.50 for lettuce I should a good amount of lettuce. Also, the skimping on fries is getting old. Why do I get a large free but only filled to medium? See attached pics. This is unacceptable and you need to do better!

I mean it’s a McDonald’s, there’s. Not much to say. Food is… Food.
I will say, since the nice group that took it over a few years ago they’ve almost always gotten my order right. Before the took over my orders were wrong probably 2 out of 3 times.

Never in my life have I had worse customer service than from the night manager of this McDonald’s. All I asked was for her to take the 30 seconds to edit my order into 2 because 2 people in my car were ordering food. I was polite about it because I know it takes almost no time because I’ve worked at a McDonald’s for 5 years. She then gets snarky with me and refuses to give me what I ordered. Don’t give these people your time because they clearly don’t care about you.

This McDonald’s has the worst customer service. If they don’t speak English or Spanish, they shouldn’t be working at the front counter. By the way, they treat customers very badly.

A little over two weeks ago I ordered a McChicken and paid extra for bacon. When I went to eat it there was no bacon on it. And then yesterday I ordered A Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese and again there was no bacon. And below are pictures of my Quarter Pounder.
