McDonald’s remains committed to following the data and science with safety as our top priority. In response to the CDC’s guidance, crew and customers will be required to resume wearing masks inside U.S. restaurants in areas with high or substantial transmission, regardless of vaccination status. Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

We got to the window to receive our food and the man making our drinks and handing out food had facial hair and longer hair, both not in restraints or tied back. That is very unsanitary and we could have hairs in our food. And then when handing us our drinks they were spilling out the top. I don’t think we’ll go there again.

Took my order and drive thru went quickly. I went inside then to get a breakfast sandwich as a second order When I went inside to get grandson’s order went ok but while filling drink then came back for breakfast sandwich, I was ignored when I asked a counter person if the sack had my order. I decided to check it myself, since it had the correct product took it and left. Sorry if it belonged to someone else, but someone should have answered me. Drive thru personal were friendly and quick with the first order though.

I came in to place a big (but not horribly big) order. (I did not use the drive thru because that would be rude.) I went to the counter to place my order and the cashier just gave me a look telling me “they’re not gonna like that” I did reply that it didn’t need to be rushed I can pay now and come back in a few minutes to pick up. One of the managers told me it’s awesome I chose them for my business and thanked me. The cashier rolled his eyes. I went and ran my other errand came back in about 10 mins. And my food was ready and hot. I thanked them for their hard work and left. So basically my only complaint was the cashier and his sarcastic comments.

Not liking the automated drive thru. Needed a special order and the system was incapable of processing it. Luckily an employee got on a head set to help me out. Got home… 15 minute drive, only to realize they forgot the Chocolate milk for two of our happy meals for our grandkids. 30 minutes later, I sat down to my cold meal.

This location is absolutely horrible!! Having a large family it doesn’t fail that when we choose to eat here it’s always 30 dollars or more. However we never receive our moneys worth!! Our meals are cold, fries stale and the customer service is terrible!! Orders are rushed and the food is disgusting! People who come in spending their hard earned money expect quality food and customer service however we never seem to receive neither!
