This Mc Donald’s is the 2nd worst one iv been to. I tried to pay with cash and it took them 20 minutes to take my money and get my order on the menu at 7:30 pm. The cashier told me he didn’t want to take my order yet as there times where already to high. There was 3 other people in the lobby all waiting for drinks, Cafe things or sauces they had missed. I had to grab a cup from behind the counter as they wouldn’t give one to me and sauces for a couple of girls who were waiting longer then me. I then waited another 30 minutes for my mcdouble and fries for them to get the order wrong. This is the 4th time something like this happened and we no longer go to any McDonald’s. There lobby is alienating and dingy. Even if it was clean it would feel to sterile. Iv been in hospitals with more warming and welcoming atmospheres.

Ok, I really hate to give McDonalds a 4 star review, but here we are. I maybe go to McDonalds 2-3 times a year these days and almost always as a last resort. I do not like them.
The food has the potential to be OK to good, but it is usually barely warm and just so disappointing. This is a critique of McDonalds in general, not this McDonalds.
The one time I went to this McDonalds was drive through on Thanksgiving day. We were traveling and needed something quick. I appreciate all the staff that had to work and hope most of you were volunteering for extra pay or something. It sucks to work holidays, I have in the past and get it.
These workers got me the best McDonalds food I have ever had. Even after we drove to where we were going I Carroll, the food was still hot and fresh. Y’all are heroes.

I got food there yesterday. 2 kids meal. And two big Mac’s one with a coke and one with a frappe. I got the coke and all the food. They forgot to make my frappe so I pulled up into the drive thru waiting spot. Sat there for another 20 min’s for my frappe before going inside. They hadn’t even started it. They totally forgot my frappe. And by the time I did get it, it looked like shit. Wasn’t made right and they didn’t even try to make it look good.

I got a big mac meal tonight and I had to wait ten minutes for them to make my food “fresh.” I ordered in the drive through. But it was the worst big mac meal I have ever gotten. I took one bite and threw it away it tasted like rotten.

Ordered a double cheeseburger at 0905 pm. Received at 935 pm. Cold enough cheese was not melted. Got our own cups for drinks. Asked for free fries for the long wait, received. No smile, no apology, no offer for a dessert or anything to attempt a good guest experience. A little busy, but clearly inefficiency prevailed.
The gal with the extremely unnatural dyed red hair, looked very dirty , lots of finger combing. That hair looks it was doused with gasoline. Big turnoff.

the employees were absolutely disrespectful. had to sit at the speaker for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take order, when the girl at the speaker asked what was being ordered after having to say hello into the speaker she was very rude and didn’t seem friendly, also sounded confused? once we got to the first window the guy at the window was only talking to other employees and didn’t give a receipt once we got the the second window the guy shoved the drink AND bag in our hands very disrespectfully. also did not give the right amount of nuggets which shows they clearly don’t know how to do their job.
