Need to get their act together. After waiting almost 20 minutes from paying to getting my food it was luke warm at best. My frappe was already melting when it was handed to me. I had to wait in a parking space for the lady just to walk up and say “here you go”. Not thanks for waiting or I’m sorry for the wait nothing.

I ordered my food with no onions. 1 sandwich had enough onions for 5 sandwiches. The other had a few onions. The fries were cold and had a nasty taste. Told the manager (marla) she said it’s not her problem. Tables were all dirty. Just a flat out nasty place.

Very poor service and the order was wrong after after waiting for 21 minutes. The car ahead of me got a wrong order twice before he finally drove off. After getting home with my order the fries were cold and soggy the 2 Mcgridles had meat only and was cold No Egg or Cheese the signature sandwich was cold also. There is a reason I have not visited this location for a long time and after tonight it will be a lot longer before returning. I only live 7 blocks from this restaurant so it could not be the long drive home that got my food cold. If there was a negative rating it would be a -10.. the next two cars behind me were very discussed with the service also and we were talking to each other during our 15 Minute wait for our cold and incorrect order. My mother and I come here every few weeks for breakfast before going grocery shopping. A few months ago the service was great and the staff was nice, not so much now. We are always missing something from our orders or something is cold. I know they have good staff left, at least I hope they do, but the people working the front counter are terrible.

The customer service is great it’s just that they always mess up my order.. The people in the back need to pay attention to things more like if a person does not want ketchup or extra pickles. I can understand once but two and three times is annoying ..

We ordered two kids meals it took almost 20 minutes to have our meal! A costumer that waited shorter got their meal before us! One of the cooks also messed up our order! Everyone we talked to was rude and creepy! I highly recommend not going to this restaurant!

Not the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to but it’s far from the best. Parking lot might ruin your car alone. And the restaurant will ruin your day. Rip McDonald deals for being vague and not covering what they say they will. I don’t want to pay twice as much for low quality food. And if it takes two weeks to make ice cream during the biggest ice cream event of your year, you’re doing something wrong. Would recommend avoiding unless you have a huge McDonald’s craving and you’re in the middle of nowhere.

Food took 17 minutes to get. Cared more about drive thru then us. We were the only ones waiting inside for food. Shakes were melted, fries were cold and the chicken wraps were horrible by the time the last sandwich was finally made, and we never even got an apology.
