I genuinely hate McDonald’s and their workers. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy their food but… the workers??? Like, they always forget food I order and I always have to go back around or go in to get what I paid for. I also never get the proper condiments or any at all. They don’t make drinks right anymore apparently and don’t seem to bother to listen when customers say they have an allergy to something. I won’t be going back. Also not to mention I saw a worker lady use her teeth to open a bottle of something then proceeded to use that bottle for a drink. I think it was whipped cream she opened with her teeth. Like that is so disgusting!! Shame on these workers…

Me and my husband were using a toy in the bathroom. We accidentally forgot it and when we did, we called the McDonald’s to try to give it back to us. They refused to give it back to us. They told us to come in the store brutally rude will never be coming back here again although the chicken nuggets were good. I’m totally fed up with this place,and they don’t so uncut pickles, which really doesn’t come in handy. I don’t know why they’d be so mad at us and not give us the toy back. We weren’t making too much ruckus in the bathroom. we still don’t have it back and we think one of the employees Jerry has it. do not come here.

Came in around 9:45 am to have breakfast, ordered at kiosk and never got a receipt. Got a table number and went to sit down, walked to three different tables before finding one that was halfway clean. We waited for almost 25 minutes before going up to ask where our food was, then was asked “well do you have your receipt?” There were also employees on their phones, also complaining to each other. They finally found the order, and to my surprise it was cold and never got a drink cup. I walked up to the counter and the lady just stared at me like I had three heads while I asked for my drink cup. I think they were more worried about the door dash orders and the drive thru than the customers inside! If you’re looking for quick service, you’re better off driving somewhere else, because you’d still be waiting for your food! I’ve had Amazon packages arrive faster than our food.

Michelle took my order at the drive-thru.She was so pleasant and polite that I told my daughter Michelle should be at every McDonald’s!She gave me awesome customer service and she double checked that my order was accurate.My food was hot and my McChicken was legit.Sweet teas were actually sweet too.I was given enough napkins and I have literally no complaints!After driving for hours today,I’m glad we stopped at this Mcds location.I appreciate you Michelle!!!You deserve to be recognized.

Food was decent. Wasn’t impressed with the poor service from the workers. Came in at 10 at night to get a quick bite to eat. Got a glass of ice water to drink from a worker that looked at me 5 times before coming to help. Buddy went to get get a glass of water and sat there for a while so he just grabbed it himself. Then a worker in the back was talking bad and moved the drink rack. Then another worker decided to bring us our food to our table and the same worker that moved the cart told him not to bring us our food. Thank god for the computers otherwise I don’t think we would’ve even got a order in

Terrible service. Do not order breakfast from here on DoorDash. There’s a 2/5 chance you’ll get your food. I’m not sure what’s so hard about just making the order I mean it’s only there job! But this is the 5th time now that they’ve decided to just not make my order and provide no reasonable explanation. They’ll leave you and your dasher hanging to deal with DoorDash corporate for a refund. Unacceptable.

Very slow service. The kid who was doing the outside food runs was very nice and polite. This Snack Wrap is beyond depressing- about 3 shreds of lettuce, 5 single sprinkles of cheese and hardly any sauce.

When you pay money for food you expect to get your complete order and what you paid for so when you order a medium fry you expect to get a medium fry not a small fry in a medium box! I would have went in but i had a sleeping kid in the back seat. I had it ran put because I was on a time limit and the drive through had a few cars in line. Also tired of ordering my sandwiches without condiments and getting everything on them it’s super annoying I don’t complain about it alot because I just scrape it off if I can tolerate it but again you order and ask for it a certain way you expect it to be made that way because that’s what you paid for! also I added bacon and cheese THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR and didn’t receive it I got a chicken sandwich with Mayo and lettice and nothing else. I know mistakes are made but lately it’s been ALOT and it’s a waste of money to pay for something that you didn’t receive!
