The new McDonald’s has been specifically designed to discourage people from using the lobby. The cash register is both unmanned and not visble from where the employees work. There is no soda fountain in the lobby and the terminals which you are required to use do not accept the McDonald’s app which it encorages you to use.

This McDonald’s is generally always good. They are always friendly at the drive thru and the food is great. I’m only ever there late nights and was kinda bummed that the shake machine was broke tonight but eh. Whatever. Maintenance. And at this location I’m sure they have the best of the best cuz it’s at a busy interstate exit and 24 hour location. So they probably weed out the catastrophic opportunities pretty quickly. Overall I haven’t ever had a bad experience here.

Always like McDonald’s, but my quarter pounder came a little to raw for me so I ask if can get another one and they cooked me another one but messed on that one,so had to wait on another. My husband requested a refund for my sandwich, the manager agreed. Oh I asked for my fries lightly salted and they were just the way I like them. Remember to tell them how you like your burger.

I came in at about 11 am candy the maneger is some one that dose not like me and she was making the sandwiches and I askes for a bigmac with heavy sauce and two mic chicken fresh when i asks for my chicken to be fresh the lady at the counter got rude and told my all there food was fresh that they just started serving lunch and when i got my food the bigmac had so much sauce on it that my bread was soggy and it was dripping from my sandwich and my chicken was old and dryed out i do not appreciate the way i was treated i will never go to that McDonald’s again i am a manager at burger king and i would never treat my costumers that way

Patty tasted like old oil and had part of uhc liner stuck to it over salted the fries but getting my money back wasnt an option repeatly I can never get a correct meal from here I go thru the drive thru around 11pm the rudest man said and I quote ” we not making food rn you want a drink ” and I just drove off the next nights same person this time I asked for 4 double cheese he stated and I quote ” you better not order that we not making that right now ” again I drove off I called to report it got hung up on so me knowing the requirements of the job this place is by far the worst
