I went to McDonald’s this evening 11-14-25 and requested a pup cup as I have gotten them at this location before for 30cents. When asking for one Mary the GM interrupted the order taker over the headset and said loudly “we don’t do pup cups” I asked why as I have gotten them here before. Mary then replies “umm the owner has never allowed pup cups. I said I have gotten them here at least a few times now. I then pull up too the second window and speak with Mary and ask her why. Her response was “in the however many years I’ve worked here we have never done pup cups” I suggested that she makes her staff aware of the issue and stated again I have gotten them several times here. She then goes “honey I have worked here for like 10 years and we have not ever served pup cups” in a rude obnoxious voice, I told her I would be calling cooperate and her response was “I absolutely do not care” do better Cherokee McDonald’s seems someone is too comfortable at her job

The employees are very nice and make sure you tell them to have a great day because I’ve worked at a McDonald’s before and it’s pretty tiring the food is pretty overpriced but u still get good food for the price my only issue is how whenever I go through the drive thru I get really bad service and they mess up my order but otherwise I enjoy this mcdonalds

If you’re eating here you’ve got a 5050 chance of getting someone else’s order. Also DO NOT ask for an extra sauce of any kind. This is the 3rd or 4th time they’ve completely drowned my burger in sauce, I’m talkin like can’t even touch it without getting it all over yourself. You’ve also got at least a 20% chance of getting sick from your food. Overall, this is a solid 2 star McDonald’s. PS whoever the younger guy is working the drive thru at night is creepy & weird

My last visit to McDonald’s was absolutely horrible. When we finally received our food it was either lukewarm or cold. I understand they were busy but there is no reason to be serving cold food will not be going back I will choose a different McDonald’s

There’s an older lady that was completely rude when I came in Saturday night. I bought an extra Minecraft toy to give to my niece to complete her collection after we ate, and told them at the counter that we wanted to buy the Bee, and the older lady came out with the box, threw it up on the counter and when told it wasn’t the one we asked for she just shrugged, rolled her eyes and said that was all they had, when we had gotten two different toys just minutes before with our meals for her. We then asked an older gentleman if he could check for the bee so we could exchange it and he claimed ‘they are in boxes so they don’t know which toy it is’ then when told it says it on the side of the box all he did was scoff and shrug and walk away. Doesn’t matter if we already paid for the meals and toy though, right???
This has not been the first time the older lady and older man have been rude either. The night staff always seems to have a tendency to have an attitude problem.

One of the worst experiences. First off I was made to feel weird for not eating meat (first with confusion by the cashier then with giggles from her coworkers), then when I just ordered a hamburger swapping the meat paddy for shredded lettuce they wanted to charge me extra for the lettuce and the manager said “sorry I just cant override that”…so I walked out.

Came in to get a hersheys frappe and the kid working made me the wrong one, which I requested a new one since I didn’t want the flavor they made me and the kid working just went ‘Well I saw it was mocha!!’ And then when I showed him the receipt he just said ‘I don’t know-“ and then went and hid in the corner in the back instead of helping me so an adult had to actually come over to help make it because apparently it was too hard to make the drink and read the order.
