For customers basically self serving themselves at Kiosk it was completely unnessary for the staff delivering food to table to be threaten not to deliver food next time because number into kiosk did not match receipt. It was not busy so it wasn’t hard to find table. Find more competent staff or improve kiosk. Ridiculous.

Have been going to this McDonald’s for as long as i can remember and their service has always been a 50/50. Some days its good, and some days i am waiting 20+ minutes and will be missing items. All in all tho, never a complaint on the food, a majority of the staff and works are nice and kind, and they do a well job and keeping the interior clean!

Seriously they need to fire all of their night people!! I have never seen people so incompetent in my life. Ordered the food, mind u it was a happy meal and then a snack ranch, small fry and a pie. That’s it!!! They literally just gave me the small fry. Didn’t catch it till I got home and I love 30 mins away, so I call the store!!! Explained what happened the night manager or whoever she was that answered the phone, kept interrupting me and stuff and then tried saying I was being rude. I’m sorry but you tell me to come back and I tried to explain I live far away. It’s the fact that you weren’t busy and you still can’t do your job right!!! Then she goes and hangs up on me!! Definitely will be calling whoever is in charge. This has happened more than once at this store. I don’t understand how the night shift always messes up orders or you don’t even get your full order!!

Daughter went to McDonald’s in Waverly and ordered food.
Tried getting ketchup from the dispenser and there was none so went to the front counter and asked for some where the “manager” declined to provide ketchup while saying to get it from the empty dispenser.
Is it really that hard to provide ketchup?

McDonald’s in Waverly Iowa has done some updating and it is fabulous! I have two happy little girls. The play place is completely new and full of lots of fun for all the little ones. They’ve also added big tablet / screens that they can play games/puzzles on together. We have missed the play place so much and are so happy that it’s open again!
