Waited 30 min, asked where my food was, said they just started it. All while my family is waiting in the car after a long trip. And the. Waited for 20 more min to get my drinks. 10 more min I got my food. I’ll let you know if it was right. Just work better and smarter. Quit letting your employees mess around, make them work like they’re supposed to.

Worse place ever to go. We waited 38 mins for “fast food” that was beyond gross. Food was cold. Burgers were missing pickles. My daughter received the wrong mcflurry. Just awful. We watched an off the clock employee come in walk into the kitchen make his own food and left….. while actually paying customers stood there waiting for their food they paid for. 2 employees thought it was a good time to take break while we all waited for our food. The place was in need of a good cleaning for sure. We will never go back here.

Dont go here. Waited almost 20 min for my food. Spicy chicken meal and 2 pies and a large drink. Dined in too. All the workers seems to get frustrated easily from the way they were talking. So much for fast food. Yes, I waited the 20 min because of the lunch rush but wasn’t even given my drink atleast to have while waiting.

This place was the worst. The girl taking orders didn’t know how to use the computer. She got our order wrong. Then the sandwich assembler made the order wrong. There was no ice in the machine the entire time we were there which was about 45 minutes. The fries were stale and the meat was dried out. The flies were everywhere. The men’s restroom was disgusting. There were feces all over the toilet. There was another family that ordered using the kiosk the same time as us and waited 40 minutes to get their order. This place is a train wreck avoid it at all costs.

Do not go here. Slow, forgetful, missed items, lost receipt. Can’t handle large orders.
Edit: fries were cold. We got food after a 30 minute wait. The restaurant was not busy. Sandwich was thrown together and messy.

I usually make sure to go to this McDonald’s when in town. I will make sure not to do that anymore after today. I went through the drive through, I like getting food from the comfort of my car. They ask me to pull forward, I do. A drink and sandwich were forgotten, not a big deal. Sometimes that happens. I’m willing to wait. The guy leaves and a girl takes over. She forgets what I told her twice. “Missing a dink and sandwich” then comes back and tells me to follow her inside to get it or “I’ll forget it again” I was very annoyed by this but I went in anyway. While inside she gets my burger and has me pour my own drink? I don’t want to sound snobby. If I ordered inside I wouldn’t mind. I was in the drive through. Forced to leave my car out front with everything in it? Just unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes while the other line had 5 cars go through it, so I ordered on the app. When I said “hello” to see if they even knew I was there the lady was rude and said “ give me a minute”…. Waited for three more minutes and then pulled up to the next window after another car had been helped on the other aisle. I ordered a sandwich and a sprite. It added 40 minutes to my drive home in total.
