The food did not taste right?And my son’s chicken nuggets were so burnt that it was hard for me to eat them because he was completely unable, took twenty minutes to get drinks after telling them twice that I had needed them, and for some ungodly reason, there was some sort of cigarette/cigar ashes in the playscape, which didn’t seem to phase the manager when she was told about it. My children will not be back to this location which saddens me because my son had a great time in there.

I responded twice to my customer service request online, but today I received a notice that my case was closed due to no response! First reply was to contact Door Dash. The second reply was about the delivery charge, which had nothing to do with my complaint!!! Now it’s case closed?!?
My drinks were made wrong and one of them was a medium instead of a large!! There was no coffee or flavor in them. They were sugar, water, and creamer! The only reply I had was to contact Door Dash! Door Dash didn’t make my coffee!! This is not how customer service works!!
I called customer service and they told me since I had it delivered Door Dash is responsible for their error. I ordered through McDonald’s app, not the third party app. They didn’t make my coffee wrong McDonald’s did!
This was a $60 order. They want to point the finger at Door Dash!! This is NOT customer service.

Not the best experience today.
Had a big Mac and the bun was old and dried out. The chicken nuggets taste like it was made in old oil. Play room was a mess. The way everyone run around looks like they understaffed

Open burger and find burnt black specs. Not concerned they weren’t ok to eat.
I just cleaned them off. All tastes as expected, just could do a better job cleaning the grill and watching what your wrapping.

By far the very worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I was here at 7am. Ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg value meal. The muffin was dry and hard as a rock. The sausage was dry. The sandwich was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt. The tables were all dirt. Literally every table needed to be wiped off and I was the only customer there. There was trash and bits of food all over the floor. And the entire floor was slippery like it was coated with oil.
