Where to start with this place. SLOWEST restaurant by far Made me wait 10+ minutes @7 Am after telling me it would be 1.5 minutes, for a simple breakfast item. . Had to leave without food and was still late for work. Wouldn’t refund money ($5.13) either. Money well spent so I never have to visit this trash location again. I never normally wish bad things but I hope to all that’s holy this places closes. how a ‘restaurant’ gets a 3.2 rating and stays in business is beyond comprehension

Ordered 2 cheeseburger meal to go, get 10 miles down the road and realize neither of them have meat….$13 for a meal (upgraded to a shake) with no meat. wasn’t worth my time and effort to turn around. Quite a few employees in the back, cursing., while I waited for my food. One worker, who I assume was the shift leader or in charge was friendly and helpful, but doesn’t really make up for the fact that the cheeseburgers were missing the burger

the employees where all pleasant. the drive thru took the normal/ average time. I ordered at the deiv thru. I got a lg. ff and a small chocolate shake- (i mean duh!) the fries weren’t full- maybe a little over half to 3/4 full but that seems to be the norm for all the mcdonalds anymore- the fries where salted perfectly though they weren’t completely hot but they where warmer than warm! now my shake on the other hand was awful! it was like liquidy. not close to shake consistency at all. it wasnt edible that’s for sure.. so even though my fries where decent, they where awful? I wanted to dip em in the shake..so this visit was boooo, a total let down

We ordered our food at the kiosk and while I was standing up front was greeted with “what do you want”
When I asked for a ranch she gave me ONE, then told me I have to order at the register so she can charge me. I’ve never been met with such rude customer service and I’ve never been charged at a McDonald’s for a ranch cup.

I would give this place a zero if I could. I work in the area and try to go different days and different times to give this location the benefit of the doubt. However I can NEVER get any of my orders correct. A plain cheeseburger, a McChicken, etc. I continue to get my CLEARLY LABELED items made incorrectly. I do not understand. When you clarify ONLY CHEESE I would hope that means to not put onions on the sandwich. Incompetence and laziness at its finest. Thank you for motivating me to save my own time, money, and now peace of mind by bringing my own lunch to work.

Stopped to get just a hamburger and fry only to find the inside counter staff in totally chaos where there were multiple people “seated at tables” still waiting for their order, with no one at the counter to help.
Decided to go through the drive thru thinking it would be quicker, BIG mistake. I was in line from start to finish 26 minutes and this was at 6:35pm. Dysfunctional and chaotic is how I would describe my experience this evening at this location.

Ordered on the mobile app. Took forever in drive thru line to get food. Food was barely warm. Paid for double quarter pounder cheese and got 1 patty. Fries were barely warm. Will not be back to this location

You can order in the app and say you are there early and you will still have a 10 minute MINIMUM. If you wait to mark that you have arrived when you get there, triple it. This franchise is a complete and utter joke. Always understaffed, those that are working are overwhelmed or completely inattentive. Would avoid entirely but it’s the closest one. Owner should be embarrassed at how poorly this store is run.

Went through the drive thru and waited 25 minutes on a lunch break for 3 items and 1 special request/substitution on my Big Mac. Remind you I worked at a McDonald’s myself so I know the process and procedures in place to accomplish everything in the store. First off took so long to get recognized at the speaker only to be greeted with an employee that sounded like they hate their job. Second waited another 10 minutes to get cashed out only to be pulled forward into drive thru spot 1. I waited there for quite some more time just to walk into the store myself and grab my own food that was luke warm at best. The employees are more interested in their phones than getting orders out. Watched a girl scroll thru her phone while bagging and walking the bag so slow if she was going any slower she’d be going backwards to me. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The wait is ridiculous and the crew doesn’t care. Thy make you wait and give you cold food.

Absolutely terrible service. I understand that McDonalds is listed as “Fast Food”, but the staff doesn’t recognize that. I would boycott this location unless you enjoy waiting for an extended period of time and like “somewhat warm food” at the most!
