This RVP McDonald’s can not keep good customer service going. They are very inconsistent with their app, pricing, etc. One minute they give you free condiment cups (like for those of us who don’t do ketchup) and then the next time you visit, you’re getting overcharged for such a small condiment cup. They also started charging for mayo packets which they didn’t do before and some of us prefer to get our sandwiches with no mayo and to add it ourselves And we shouldn’t be charged extra to do that. It’s not the customer’s fault they can never seem to get the right balance of mayo
it’s always too dry or way too much mayonnaise. They are also infamous for making mistakes because they don’t pay attention to special orders. Then if you complain they act like it’s your fault when it is not. Many of the people that work at this particular location are rude. There are a few that are actually quite exemplary when it comes to customer service. But they are few and far between. It’s understandable that every business has to make a profit but at this point it’s obvious they are like many other businesses that care more about their profit margin than they do their customers. Gee the next thing you know they’ll charge you just for even coming in their store. McDonald’s is starting to get pathetic. RVP has a lot of work to do to earn back the respect that they used to have.

The young man who helped me at the first window had a very kind and friendly manner. It really boosted my mood on a rainy gloomy day. Not sure what his name was, but was at 2:49 pm on 11/24/25. The girl who handed me my food had a great smile and friendly manner also. The food was hot and tasty also! I had a very positive experience today! Thanks for making my day!

Never know what you’re getting here. Went a while back and got spicy blah. The last time, too much salt on fries. If you want to kill yourself, there you go. My big mac slid out of the bun(s), too much special sauce. Sounds and looks funny unless it happens to you.

They’re good with getting orders correct and pretty quick when its not too busy i always expect atleast 5 to 10 minute wait at lunch time and my food is fresh when I wait so I dont mind

Food was kinda mid, I got the breakfast burritos, has brown, and orange juice, and the burritos were really small, not sure if thats normal but not worth the money in my mind. overall customer service was less than desirable. If you want a quick bite it’s okay but I’d rather spend my money somewhere else

Got breakfast this morning and my burritos then I got seemed a little on the harder side than they’re supposed to be and I also got two smoothies and they remade both of them because they had a whole crud ton of ice that was not broke up and you couldn’t drink it through the straw so they remade it and still the same issue they have no idea how to run a blender which is obvious and no one apparently knows how to make food correctly either and to have fresh food I understand it’s fast food but this is ridiculous they’re more concerned with speed than they are the quality of their food and they converse amongst themselves way too much this McDonald’s has had nothing but non-stop issues and I have contacted corporate about it a lot probably around 10 times and nothing has changed because corporate doesn’t care The only thing corporate is cared about is their damn money they don’t care about the customers that are giving them their money if you’re going to go to a McDonald’s take the extra few minutes and go to a different one.
