Went to this McDonald’s 02/24/26 @ 5:32 pm. I place my order through drive through, the guy never read it back. Get to window the girl ask me what did I have, no you should have my order on screen, read it back. She left. She goes and go get African female with a something wrap around her head. With attitude and rolling her eyes. Ask what do you need. Really, it seems this female always give me problems. No way you get my money. Will report you. Need to close down or hire more professional staff. Want be coming back.

They had 3 guys running the whole store. Those guys were working hard, so much love to those dudes but drive up took close to 30 minutes. We’d prepaid otherwise would have bailed.

Ordered off door dash and didn’t give a large fry, sauces and straws for my drinks. It says it pretty clear on the receipt that’s stickers to the bag. Plus, the food was dry that I did get. I get McDonald’s all the time and this location sucks. Fast food isn’t that hard. Be better

I waited 15 mins in the drive thru after I paid and they asked me to go to the waiting area. 6:50 pm and nobody is there. The 5 cars behind got their food quicker than I did. I had to get out of the car and go in to get my food. No apology. Nothing. Speed it up! It was slow night!

This place will mess up your order. Every time I order from here something is wrong. Either they add stuff thats been requested to be taken off or give you wrong sauces or miss things entirely. This is the 3rd time in a row they messed up my order. They didn’t include one of the fry in my order. Seriously wont be coming to this one

I do not post a review unless it’s amazing or by far the worst. This McDonald’s is by far the WORST out of every store in the entire Metro and surrounding area. The waits are always wrong, the service is horrible, food is consistently inaccurate. Today I waited for 10 mins for a coffee only in the drive thru. I finally called the store asking what was going on. They need some serious process changes to get this store up to par.

No reason this is 5 stars. Lack of staff leads to slow service when no one’s even in the restaurant, orders aren’t really right (even when mobile ordering). Those putting 5 stars have to be a mistake. What’s the ownership even doing? This is an embarrassment for the franchise. Not even the employees fault, lack of training/staff/trying to run without a proper register.

I have been doing DoorDash for about a week now. I wish I could ban this location from my application because even with simple orders and a 8min drive with 0 customers in or around the store. I am waiting for a minimum of 10 minutes and a maximum of 30. It makes my $6 DoorDash order inconceivably frustrating because now I’m getting $6 for 30 min of work that SHOULD have been $6 for 10 min of work. The poor service at this location actually affects MY life and pay directly. This happened to me ALL 6 times. I’m actually here in the store NOW leaving this review as I have been using the McDonald’s free wifi to even do so.
You want some water while you wait 20 minutes for a simple order?? Too bad this store doesn’t have any drink dispensers for the main room. You have to ask for it. Ngl I would be bumming a whole sprite soda in my own cup if it was available anyway. Btw I’m going to type this review for as long as I sit here to wait lol. Like the people are probably great, it’s just the store ITSELF needs better management and the fact you can’t dispense your own drinks is some distopian garbage. Yea if I’m losing $6 to be here I may as well b about it publicly. I have 3 jobs and 2 are high paying. I only do this as a fun option to pay for my days and nights out with friends. However THIS very store makes it actually difficult for me to justify DoorDash. THIS STORE ONLY. Like me and so many door dashers would be willing to eradicate this location off of our app because it is indeed that bad. The fact that I cant steal a sofa from the lobby is also beyond me.

By far the slowest service at any McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. There’s a few good workers but the rest aren’t. They mess up orders or completely forget items I’ve paid for. I’m done going to this location till something is done about it.
