….. Make sure you look at your food before you leave, they NEVER get your order right TERRIBLE service. Get the undereducated people out of there. They had to of seen a hamburger sticker, and still put the sticker on a set of nuggets. Like seriously there nothing special about nuggets. How often do the cooks EVER put a sticker on nuggets, should have felt weird putting the sticker on a NUGGET box.. Seriously these people don’t care about you there just there for a paycheck, which i understand, but its a job take it seriously do it right the first time… Probably a waste of time writing this review nothing will change.

Ordered two happy meals. One order was to contain apple slices and they were missing. Also both orders of nuggets in the Happy Meals were way overcooked and deeply covered with pepper. The kids were unable to eat it. Waste of money. Make sure you check all of your orders before leaving the drive-thru.

Terrible…they didn’t understand what I was trying to order and I had to repeat the order like 5 times…then ok so we ordered 50 chicken nuggets and then we got charged for the sauces…I didn’t say anything because it’s not that expensive…but I thought they were just charging for one of each flavor of sauce we wanted…I get to the window and they hand me the bag and we literally got one of each of the sauces we were charged for…so like 50 nuggets and 4 individual sauce packets…so then I asked the person at the window…I was like…we paid for 50 chicken nuggets doesn’t it come with sauce normally…he asked what kind I wanted and he did give them to us but he seemed irritated that I even bothered to ask…so here’s my problem with the last part…imagine if we had to pay for that many individual sauce packets for 50! Chicken nuggets…I get that it cost the restaurant money supply those but unless things have changed a certain number is included with the order that you just got done paying for….plus obviously then you pay the individual price if you want more than the normal amount that generally comes with the original price right?

We ordered food @ this location and had to pull over to stall 2 to “wait on a quarter pounder”. Our French fries were limp and uncooked, my “deluxe” chicken sandwich was thrown on the bun, mayo everywhere and barely any lettuce and a tiny slice of tomato. For spending $23 on food and drinks, I’d hope employees could do a better job than that. We did not get a receipt. Today is July 4th, 2023. We ordered around 11:15.

A 4 dollar flurry. It barely has a scoop of ice cream in it. In fact there’s more pre-melted ice cream in the bottom. It’s literally a single scoop of ice cream because it literally came up in that single clump on the spoon, which was broken in the cup.

This is a great spot that I enjoy frequently and it has clean bathrooms. The large fry has been almost half full for the past 6 times I’ve ordered it and is honestly a waste of money. Just get a medium. I wish they would fix this but it just keeps getting worse and some of the quality control on the nuggets is sub par.

The drive-thur speakers are always rude. They definitely lack customer service skills, they cut you off in conversation. They don’t like when you ask questions and when you drive up to the window, they don’t even smile at you. Not even a freaking thank you!

I am confident there is not a competent person working here. Just ordered dinner during normal dinner hours and chicken nuggets were so over cooked they were inedible… the cheeseburger was so cold the cheese didn’t melt and the patty was colder than the ketchup. Of course you don’t know this until you are down the road and it’s too late to go back for a refund. It is worth going to any other fast food place in the area
