Had an extremely unprofessional experience at this location with the manager and staff, she threatened to Physically force us out the building and told one of my colleagues to “slap your friends”. The young lady refused to give us our receipt nor her name. I have never felt so embarrassed in a public establishment. They got our orders completely wrong and didn’t give us our drinks.

the manager forced us to leave after waiting 20 minutes for our order screaming and making a scene while gathering her co workers to intimidate us into leaving. she messed up our entire order and genuinely don’t know what she gave me this is not what i ordered. as well as when i returned into the store for a receipt or a name to make a complaint i was forced out and threatened by the manager and told that either the cops or her are going to make me leave. extremely unprofessional and ridiculous.

But I’ve come here 3 days in a row, the tables aren’t cleaned even when the place is empty, the floors are sticky, they’ve forgotten something with my order each time they bring it out, they can’t seem to figure out that the table number refers to the table that I’m sitting at, and when you do get your food you can see that they are great at making a simple job look difficult.
Overall I think that if they spent as much time and energy keeping the place clean, preparing food, and satisfying customers as they do making loud and obnoxious outbursts like it’s just a day out with friends, they’d avoid most of these issues.
Love McD’s, but this is one of the worst crews I’ve seen/heard.

Fish sandwich had obviously been sitting out for awhile and yet still served. So hard and dry it was inedible. Looks like there have been complaints about this 3 months ago and still having issues.

Sometimes they can be super slow, other times they can be super quick; depends on who is working. Usually the 6-7PM shift is quick but the 10AM shift is super super slow!! Usually always gets my food right and always includes sauces and straws. The workers are kinda rude sometimes tho, rude looks, and don’t talk much. One worker in particular seems to not care for his job nor the customers.

The only thing they got right was what I ordered!However, all my food was old. Obviously been sitting in a tray for a while. My fish was dry and hard. My McDoubles were just thrown together and cold! And I am not sure what the fries were exactly. This was very disappointing. And hardly any condiments. I like proportioned food. I’m sure most do! I am not sure why the food cannot be made fresh. This is a continuous problem!

Stale fries and inability to make a double quarter pounder with cheese no onion on a non seeded bun and a general don’t care attitude from the crew made for an unappetizing dinner experience won’t be returning and wasn’t given a receipt. Oh and the person who works the speaker really needs a refresher on greeting customers on the headset. Poor job. My opinion, needs a new evening closing crew, from floor up to the top. “anything else?…”

I go through the drive thru every morning for my 2$ breakfast sandwich. I am always greeted friendly and quickly. They do make little mistake here and there, but if you let them know next time when you go through, they always wanna make it right.

Waited 7 minutes to be helped. Multiple employees standing around looking at me. Said hello to the manager twice looking for help, but was ignored. Had to go inside because the the app wouldn’t let me order online. Got home and my bag my chicken nuggets are soaking wet because my burger was put in sideways so all the grease leaked all over my car and table.
