Most McDonald’s have poor service inaccurate orders however I have been here several times and have been impressed for a fast food establishment. Food has always been hot. fries have had salt. Most importantly my orders have always been correct! Have never had a long wait time,something oskaloosa, iowa McDonald’s could learn a valuable thing from this McDonald’s! Would definitely go back to this well run and acurate establishment!

I was in from Florida for work, and my experience reminded my why the Midwest is that much better than other parts of the country. The staff was friendly, they brought our food out to our table, including my coffee. The food, while simple in appearance, was cooked perfectly and the english muffin was crispy just the right amount. Honestly, great experience and an A+ effort from everyone involved here; what a great customer experience.

The gentleman that was running the front end on 08/17/25 did an amazing job at lunch time. He was very professional and polite. He even held the door open for us as we left and told us to have a good day. Only somewhat negative thing I had in my experience was the fries were underdone. Otherwise the team there did a great job.
