Went through the drive thru and could hear employees complaining and being rude about my fairly simple order over the loud speaker. I simply didn’t want onions, pickles, ketchup or mustard on my burger and to add mayo. Paid, never got a receipt, and before I had time to check my order to see if it was correct they shut the lights off and closed the store. While waiting for my food I could hear an employee screaming in frustration (probably from the kitchen area) from inside my car, at the 2nd window of the drive thru. Provided photo is what I received.

Fairly clean lobby, glad the manager was harping on the people working to keep it clean and redo spots they missed. The fries was cold and soggy, so disappointed with that but my mcdoubles were good. Just wish they would move the pickles to spread the pickles to all over instead of one spot. Service was quick too.

Had to pull ahead to wait for food. 4 cars behind us got their food before we did. When we did get our food they forgot our happy meal, 10pc chicken nuggets, and our sweet and sour. The good thing I we always check our bag before we leave because of these situations.

They did not get my food right and I was going to come in for them to fix it but the door was locked and the lights off and I could hear the manager scream from outside the building it was just terrible service and probably terrible to work there for the employees good thing I don’t work there

It was terrible they could not get my order right but I feel really bad for the worker there manager I think her name was Anne or something like that she was just screaming over the littlest of things the worker looked like they were about to cry I would have walked out and left but I think that manager needs to learn to be patient and treat all the inployes with respect instead of screaming at them
