Came on a Monday morning right when they opened and the woman that took my order was very rude and short. Treated me like had done something to ruin her day. Ordered a meal and instead of asking what I would like to drink all she said to me the entire time I ordered was “ok anything else?”. When she read my order back to me she got it wrong and when I corrected her all she said was was “ok pull around”. Didn’t tell me what my total was or anything. Then when I got to the window to get my food and pay she took my card and still didnt tell me what my total was and anytime she handed me something she would immediately close the window after and say nothing. I am really wishing I had read the reviews for this location before stopping here. I understand everyone has bad days but, as someone who has worked in customer service I know you have to push through it. Definitely an unpleasant way to start my Monday. Also, the food wasn’t exactly what I ordered and I was the only one there…

if i could rate 0 stars i would. easily the worst McDonald’s ive ever been to. ive never came here as a customer, but i pick up from here for doordsh frequently. ibe never had a wait shorter than 10 minutes past the time doordash gives me to pick up the food. workers are never attentive. there’s never even one at the front desk to take orders for people paying with cash. ive seen someone yell to the back that they need assistance since they cant pay on the kiosk and get ignored. after lobby hours you’re told not to use drive through as a dasher and there is a button you can press to get the attention of an employee, but they just ignore it. i can hear it ringing in the back, but they only come to speak to you when handing you the food so you cant give the customer a time estimate of when you’re picking up. seriously incredibly frustrating every single time. PLEASE get new and better management. there is no reason this McDonald’s should be so disorganized when busier locations do much better

I wish I could give 0 stars. By FAR the WORST Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Order is never on time, regardless if it is busy or not, and it is a miracle if the order is accurate with warm food. Don’t waste your time here at this location. Go to a differnet McDonalds, even if it is farther, it will save you time and the headache.

Ordered just a regular McGriddle and received this cheese bun with no sausage. No other cars in the drive through so nobody was being rushed or super busy. This McDonald’s seems to find a way to mess up every time.

I had a DoorDash order around 3:50 am at this location that is 24 hours on the weekend. Tried both doors to enter to grab the order both were locked so I went through the drive thru and got a very rude older lady telling me that I should’ve tried the doors. I explained to her I did she yelled back at me that I wasn’t competent enough to figure it out. She gave me the order through the drive thru after I told her I was going to make a statement to her location and I told her to go check the doors since she wanted to scream in my face. Called back 25 minutes later asking if the doors were unlocked she had no idea it was me and she said I’m sorry we are closed now. THEY ARE 24 HOURS!!!

Always forget something that causes an argument in the household. Horrible attitude from the workers. Acting like it’s an inconvenience to make the order.
If you can go to any other one please do so.

In a world of technology you think it would often be easier to order online and go pick up your order. So we placed our order, waited a few minutes to give it some time as they said it would be ready in about 5 minutes. Drove to McDonald’s, walked up to the front counter, gave the cashier the order number and the name on the order l and she said upfront, “oh they’re making it right now. Should be out in a few minutes”, nearly and HOUR LATER! I am told that because a employee did not “check me in” that they HAVEN’T EVEN MADE THE ORDER YET! I swear customer service is dead, especially in the fast food industry. No wonder this McDonald’s has the negative reviews that it has. Just outrageous!

Worst managed McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Whether it’s busy or not, it’s a minimum of a 20 minute wait. I was excited about this location opening since it’s close to me, but I now drive to a further McDonald’s because it’s faster than here. Gave this location some grace when it was new but it’s been open for a long time now and the staff are unfriendly, the food comes cold, and the inside is usually not clean. Do not waste your time coming here.

Have to order at kiosk or order online. workers are too busy they cannot get people at the front if you need something from somebody you wait for 10 minutes before they see you. Trying to be cheap on saving on labor gives a bad experience.
