Ordered online for a late dinner after work and to my horror I pulled up just as a school bus was unloading. I felt so bad, but couldn’t undo my order. There was a bit of a wait, of course. Not upset about that one but. The staff was super peppy and happy when I got to the window, and my food was fresh. Good team that night!

Been here several times in the past week in the morning the manager is late opening several times and is not ready to serve things 45 minutes after opening had iced tea this morning it came to me watered down to a point that it even tasted like water. When questioned the manager said quote,, its because its in the middle of brewing and I don’t feel like explaining it to you,,, unquote the ownership of this mcdonalds really needs to fire such a rude child….

Live in Norway and I go here at least once a week. For breakfast, coffee or lunch, the fries are always unsalted when fresh or you get the soggy, sandwiches look like they get body slammed into the wrapping with ketchup seeping out of the sides ALMOST EVERY TIME, and today at 11:30 am on a Tuesday they said “closed for maintenance” when my order was online and refused to give me my money. The ten minute commute to iron mountain is worth dealing with Norway McDonald, especially anytime after noon they take 10 mins a person.

Came to order with my child and had to hear a worker in the dining room tell someone who sounded to be his SO that she should spend a night in jail…not exactly a welcoming environment

sandwich was completely flat and cold. fries were hot, yet completely unsalted. customer service was definitely questionable. last time i went i wasn’t even acknowledged, this time the worker seemed very out of it and confused about the fact i had a code for the mobile app. won’t be coming back

We went to get the kids some frozen slushies. We fond they had a michigan, slushy ( it’s blue on top to represent superior lake and sprite lemonade at the bottom two represent folk sand.) Real good idea for the kids. They enjoy them.
They want us to drive back on the weekends to get them more. It’s not happening. Service was great and friendly.
