The food was hot, seems like it tasted fresh made. The weight wasn’t terribly long, my son used the kiosk to place his order inside the store and he did not seem to have to wait very long, I was actually surprised at how quick he returned back to the car with his food. It was also not during a busy time when there was an excess amount of people. I would recommend this location.

Dining room was empty but tables and floor filthy. Tables looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag and were streaked. Drink station needed a major clean-up. Burgers were horrible.

Slow. 15min for 2 sandwiches which were not hot..
Update, got the new bacon mc cripsy. Received the wrong sandwich. Had to go back. Then the sandwich they gave me, the chicken was mostly grisle and hard/chewy. Disgusting especially for $7.. and the large was was on the weak side. (I ate like 5 fries out of it before pic) didn’t eat lunch at work so i was quite hungry! Very disappointing.

Large fry to them means 2/3 of a large cardboard container. Cold is fine with them too. We had a very severe confrontation when we first had to wait on my husband’s burger, then around again through the drive “thru”. Needed a full serving of large fries that are hot please. The guy taking the orders is always so nice. More waiting. Backing up to window. My fries? Go wait over there. “No, I’m staying here. Give me my fries please”. More severe confrontation…blahblabla…
Hi Kathleen. Thank you for acknowledging my review. It was a bad day for your 40 something, light haired employee and it was a bad day for me, 71, oxygen, handicapped. My 81 year old husband, dementia, was in the passenger seat very confused that he couldn’t eat yet. Why did we have to go through 3 times?After reading the other reviews I don’t feel singled out for this very poor customer “service”. Do you record the drive through by CCTV? I hope so. There are some things I like at McDonald’s, but it’s not worth the aggravation. We won’t be back.

The workers were very nice and very kind. It reminded me of McDonald’s back in the late sixties and early seventies. The workers of McDonald’s would talk to you to make sure everything’s okay your meals all right.

I rate it a negative 5 if I could. Waited 10 minutes to make our order, then waited another 32 minutes to get our food. I watched the one employee grab a 6 piece mcnuggets out of a kids meal that had been sitting on the countertop when I initially made my order, then he put in the bag he handed me…… needless to say, they were cold. So I finally asked for a refund. The very WORST fast food experience I’ve EVER HAD…And I am 68 years old!!! The entire crew should be FIRED !!

It’s a MacDonalds. They should all taste the same, and this is no different.
So what could differentiate. Service staff, cleanliness, and location.
Location is nice, but a minor pain to get into. parking lot needs repair.
Twice I’ve been in and had to wait a little longer than expected.
I’m thru Iron mountain often very early, so McDonald’s is really the only option. I’ll be back, but there is room for improvement
