Just bad experiences a few times now. Food is poorly cooked (look at your patty meat before eating to be on the safe side). Soso customer service. Lastly, my family & I have gotten food poisoning from this location.

Went in so my downstairs neighbor could get food for him and his wife and kids he was waiting on a text from his wife so he knew what exactly to order so I ordered ahead of him he ordered five to ten minutes after me he ordered a Big Mac meal and a bunch of other stuff and I ordered just a regular Big Mac meal with a large drink and he got his food and drink within five minutes and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes and also had to ask where’s my food or my number on the screen with no one could tell me nothing

I went and bought some breakfast and a mocha frappe with a shot of expresso. I got the drink and it tasted like watered down expresso, like the calibration was off. I called to see if I could exchange it for a new one. They did it with no problem! Super satisfied with the workers and the customer service I received. Thank you!
