One of the better McDonald’s I’ve visited. Seemed better organized, orders moved quickly. The only thing I’d address is there was a truck two vehicles in front of us with an apparent large order. It would have been nice if they’d had him pull up and wait outside the pick up line so as to move everyone else along.

Definitely Not fast food. The two vehicles ahead of me had to pull up and wait for their orders. I assume they ordered alot or something. But I only ordered “1” chicken sandwich. I was asked to pull over to a spot off to the side and wait 20 minutes. So much for Fast Food. I could of made a sandwich at home faster. So disappointing That was my first and Last time going there.

Came for quick pickup , stuck in the line for about 15 min for pick up at around 11 pm. I asked soda but there were not even a single cube of ice. I did not had time to wait and get it fixed so left the place. It’s good to have an option at those odd hours and I really appreciate it but the whole point it getting a good feasible food is only reason we stop by chain restaurants and it defeats the purpose at some cases like this.

I know, it’s just McDonald’s, right? The one in Kalkaska took me back to a time when the franchise prided themselves on cleanliness. The place sparkled between the lunch and dinner rush, the bathroom being no exception! Polite and fast service, food was hot, fries crispy and sizzling. Everything we have come to expect in the Pioneer of fast food and still the champ! Thanks! Grade: B+

I try to avoid this McDonalds. Never well staffed. Staff there seems overwhelmed and can’t wait to leave. Food comes out super slow and one of the two ice machines is always out of service.

On a road trip that resulted in us stopping at McDonald’s in Gaylord, MI. We waited in the drive-thru for a half-hour, cars were leaving; they were the smart ones. The man taking our order didn’t seem to be paying attention because everything had to be repeated three times. Our food was cold, put together messy, and the fries weren’t cooked. If you’re passing through try one of the other fast-food restaurants or a different exit for food altogether.
