Is it standard policy for McDonald’s to package my order wrong every time?
I visit here when I drive by, (about once a month.) I order(ed) the same thing every visit, McDouble meal: $5.50 ($5.83 w/tax). Small fries, small Dr. Pepper, 4 piece chicken nuggets, and a McDouble burger… the last 4 or 5 times I’ve never received what I paid for. Last visit I received a diet coke, small fries and a plain hamburger.
When I check the contents, I am usually too far away to go back…

Went and got a $5 meal. When I got home, I noticed the fries were extremely old and cold. The burger bun was hard and stale. So I went back to ask for a remake. The manger with meffed up teeth decided to argue with me about remaking the gross old food, would not give me her name, tried stating that once I leave the parking lot it’s policy they don’t remake. Like no, you gave a customer old food that they paid for. I stated that if you won’t give me your name, that’s fine. I’ll call corporate, and they can check the timeclock. Oh, once she heard me say that ONLY then was she willing to remake my order. It’s sad that this is the old fast food place in this town and they give their customers disgusting old food. I wish this place would get shut down and replaced with an establishment that will provide correct service to the local customers.

The order was messed up. In the end, the burgers looked so hurried, like someone literally threw them together. Condiments heavy on a part and none on half. One 2 inch tomato that wasn’t even ripe. Can’t address atmosphere.

Only the 2nd time in a McDonald’s in almost 15 years and was quickly reminded of “why” I stopped going there! Dirty tables & floors and staff just standing at the register with no customers and doing nothing! My order of a spicy chicken sandwich arrived at my table (literally just 30 feet from where it was made and delivered on a tray) and my sandwich looked like they had just randomly thrown everything in the box and gave a good shaking! The Chicken paddy was COLD, HARD, DRY, and tasted more like “FISH” than Chicken. (so much for using separate oils)… Just a thoroughly disappointing and discussing McDonald’s experience! And a hard reminder of why we quit dining at McDonald’s…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Incredibly Efficient—Even During the Lunch Rush
I travel all over the U.S. and Canada for work and have been to more McDonald’s locations than I can count. I didn’t go inside this one, just used the drive-thru, but even from that, I could tell this place runs differently.
It was the peak of the lunch rush. They were slammed. But the line moved fast, the order was right, and everything flowed without a hitch. It honestly felt like this is how McDonald’s is supposed to work.
I also noticed the employees seemed calm and even happy, which says a lot about how things are run behind the scenes. I believe this might be a family-run location, and if so, McDonald’s corporate should really take a look at what they’ve built here. It stood out in the best way.

Quarter pounders have a separate setting on the grill than the 10:1 normal meat, they do not cook it on the correct setting which undercooks it so be careful ordering those here
