This location seriously sucks, it’s always something. Today was the last time I will deal with it as I got all the way home to find out my chicken nuggets tasted like straight up CHARCOAL. I took one bite and had to immediately spit it out and couldn’t get the taste out of my mouth. Disgusting. Change the fry oil!

Placed an online order, two large smoothies not full and the medium fries are only half full. Includes the fries that fell out of the bag. Not sure how hard it is to fill drinks all the way or make sure the fries are filled properly.

Food was hot and juicy. The speed of service was exceptionally fast. All the staff were smiling and seemed in unison with one another. Management was excellent. They are friendly and made me me feel welcome. Restaurant was clean and presentable. This is my new McDonald’s restaurant that I will frequently visit. Excellent job to the entire staff. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Food was ordered to not have cheese on sandwiches and all three arrived with said ingredient. Tags on sandwich wrapper said no cheese but whoever slapped them together didn’t bother reading anything so that’s nice.

I think a rock could do a better job helping customers… placed my order at the machine and proceeded to wait 10 minutes to even get to the pay window…. mind you there were only two cars in front of me when I pulled up. Gave the guy my money and it took about another 3 minutes for me to get my change back. Get to the window for my food and wait a few minutes before someone comes to the window and asks “what drink did you order again?” I tell him a small sprite light ice. He comes back with a large sprite no ice which at this point I’m not going to even say anything. He then comes back to the window and asks “did you order a McDouble meal?” I say yes and he hands me the food. I open the bag to find out they gave me no sauce for my nuggets and my burger had almost everything on it that I asked to have removed. Biggest waste of about 30 minutes. Avoid this location like the plague.

Edited my rating. Always getting the order wrong or burning it. Ordered 2 bagels extra butter. I don’t think they have butter and they are burnt. No excuse when your drive through is empty and no one in line.

Go to literally any other location if you don’t like waiting 20mins consistently, and want your order messed up. Waited 15mins today to have my order even taken, and I had a mobile order already submitted. Abysmal service

I went here at 9pm last night and Nevaeh was mostly alone all night when I got there. She was doing her best and she did great. The machines were beeping, but she still helped us and took care of everything going on. Please don’t let a good one like her go McDonald’s. She’s the heart of your location!
