Located close enough for a scenic drive from Grand Rapids to the Western Michigan Lake front.
Delicious food, hot and fresh.
Coffee was perfectly brewed.
Definitely appreciate a Big Mac meal I can eat with my eyes before my pallet has the opportunity to.

Edit: I came back after this last experience and got a giant egg shell in my sandwich! And waited over 10 minutes to be helped out with my nasty sandwhich. I ordered breakfast before it ended but since I showed up at 10:33 I came to the drive through and she said she canceled my order because breakfast is over. Now I have to wait a week to get my money back. Extremely disappointed.

Two cars were in front of me and my order took over 25 minutes. Meanwhile 4 employees were standing in front of the entrance vaping. Went inside to talk to a manager who was extremely condescending and only asked if my food was cold. This is the second time in my life I’ve ever asked to speak to a manager and both times were at this location. My daughter’s sauce was missing and her happy meal was missing fries. My burger bun was burnt. I avoid this location even though it’s the most convenient.

Food is usually hot and fresh. The redone interior is nice and usually pretty clean too! Word to the wise though: always check you order before you pull away from the drive through. This location does have a bad habit of forgetting part of the order.

Is night shift high? This food was AWFUL! I’m so pissed right now!! I went to open my chicken nuggets, happy ready to eat them only to be upset, they LOOK dry and old! My burger looked like two bottoms. Wasn’t even hot! Fries were old tasting!

12 noon Sat., the place was busy, probably 8 – 10 cars deep at the drive-thru, why am I getting dried out and cold burgers. The cheese looked and tasted like it just came out of the fridge / freezer and the catsup completely missed the burger, it all on the wrapper, inside and out, a complete mess. My 6 piece was an absolute waste of money, dry, hard and cold. And they had a white floury looking substance all over them. They went right in the trash along with the money I P’ed away on them. I couldn’t leave work again to go back because I spent so much time waiting at the drive-thru so I called, nobody answered, over and over, nothing. Fortunately there are plenty of other places close to grab lunch so we don’t have to throw away our money here again.

Went through the drive-thru and ordered a meal with a large Coke and large fry. I was given a medium fry by mistake, so I went inside to politely let them know.
Instead of simply fixing it, the employee was extremely rude and actually accused me of trying to get free food. I wasn’t hostile, I wasn’t trying to argue — I just wanted the correct order.
As a business owner myself, I would never allow anyone on my staff to treat a customer this way, especially over something that was clearly a simple mistake. This review is really for the owner or manager: your staff training and customer service at this location seriously needs attention.
Very disappointing experience over something that should have been an easy fix.

Typical poor service. EXTREMELY long wait for 1 sausage biscuit. And as always the order was marked ready LONG before it was even started. And to top it off see the picture for what the kitchen decided was okay to send out. There is no way that top matches the bottom. Sad really. McDonald’s falls further and further away from from quality affordable and fast food.
I was the second of 2 cars in the drive thru. I heard the other car order a 2 cheeseburge4 meal at the other speaker. Then there was 9 minutes waiting in the drive thru for their meal and for my single quarter pound with cheese. (sigh) The WHOLE REASON I CHOSE DRIVE THRU was because they are SO slow in restaurant. And of course to top it off the sandwich wasn’t hot.. Barely lukewarm.

Order from the app parked curbside waited 15 minutes then called the restaurant to see if they were tracking that I was here. She lied to me and said they were waiting on the quarter pounder to come up. The turn around on quarter meat is right around 4 minutes. I know this as a former employee. When I got the food the fry’s were soggy the nuggets were stale and I only got nine instead of 10 and that quarter meat was not fresh aa I suspected and they skimped on the bacon I paid for. They were focused on there drive through times and not all of there orders as a whole most likely because it’s that time of day where corporate is watching. Like I told the lady on the phone I could have gotten my food faster at a sit down restaurant that being said they did nothing to make it right for the excessive amount of time I waited.

Not 24/7 is a lie. Terrible service.. employees that dont give a damn / think its play time / are obviously high. They love to ask you to pull ahead and wait 15 min on nuggets. I straight up started refusing to pull ahead.. omg look at that they got that order to me in good time.. they are worried about their drive through times or some crap… they turn the lights on their signs off so people think they closed. Terrible location. My 12 year old could run it better.
