Wow, I got breakfast here the day before. A six and a seven. The orange juice was extremely watery because they didn’t swap out the syrup. So I figured I’d give them a call to try to save them some headache and disappointed customers. So they could swap it out. They wanted me to come back in. After an 11-hour shift. It wasn’t in me. I was told to come back the next day. Which I did. I got the worst service the second time around. This older lady. Acted like I was inconveniencing her. When she was getting paid to be there. Gave me one orange juice when the day before I had two that were watered down. Didn’t ask me any questions. As well as I got a comment. Oh make sure to get a drink to make sure it’s right… No straw. Mentioning this twice. I hesitated I was in a rental. Last thing I need is to get a stain on the interior.
I’m appalled by the service of this facility. Is this how you treat people that are paying customers.

Coffee grounds daily! Burnt mcmuffins . during the week is great but weekend crew just plain rude.. always forgets straws an ordered condiments . Cold some days . Burnt mcmuffins crispy but yet like rubber .Definitely nuked ..

Usually the food here is good which is why I gave it 3 stars but I just picked up my mobile order which was a double quarter pounder and the bun is literally rock hard. It’s probably been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I’m tempted to drive back but after a long day at work I’m tired and now I’m hungry. Thanks.

The fried chicken breast on my sandwich was extremely over cooked, the fries were undercooked and over salted, my cheeseburger pattie was halfway hanging out from between the buns (I attached the photo) and it was wrapped like that and sent out. I was stared at by 3 employees doing literally nothing for 30 seconds as they tried to avoid being the one to service me, then they had an attitude when I asked 3 times if the bag in front of me was for me and obviously had no clue how to check or answer my question. The store was very clean and smelled nice from what I saw and that’s all you guys did right.

An excellent McDonalds, I always order a #4 at breakfast which is a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Sandwich. I always get a Round Egg substitution on the sandwich and a Large coffee 3 and 3 (3 creams, 3 sugars). They made it the best I’ve had it (hundreds of times) so I like this McDonald’s the best.

Was 2 PM stopped in every table dirty bathroom gross floors all full of trash. I can see at rush hour but it’s 2 PM and place is trashed if you want to sit at a filthy table this is the place for you . Sad this nice new building style and all the tools to be nice it’s not and workers want 20 a hour right

I said, “What did you say?” And he then said very rudely “This is McDonald’s.”

I find it appalling that McDonald’s staff want a raise yet they can’t follow simple instructions. Highly recommended going to the 28th Street location. Included is the photo of my burger I ordered missing the most important thing…the burger.
